!!!!!!!!! Never ever stay here !!!!!!!! Worst experience ever. I would never suggest anyone to stay here. 1. You need to Pay the rent in Cash. 2. Owner and the care taker both are very rude and dismissive. They are lier and won't even hear your problem. 3.There are cockroaches in the room. They won't even allow you to move to another room once you enroll. They won't even clean properly. 4.If you inform them about leaving the PG few hours late also you'll need to stay there for one more month. 5.You cant leave the PG without informing in 1-4 of the month only. If you fail to do so then you will lose the deposit, you will need to pay one month rent extra. 6.The security guy who is there during day time is the psycho guy. My parents were with me in my room on first day, he kept asking them to leave. Your friends or family is not allowed in the PG. Also the security guy will ask you which language you speak, if youre north Indian his behaviour towards you will be very rude. 7.Basically this is the shittiest place with the worst and psycho people who are originally goons. Please stay away from this place.

A Very Bad Experience at Raghavendra Studio Rooms Pros: Only Good Rooms Cons: Horrible Stay Experience. 1. The biggest issue is that you can't get your friends and parents to your room. You can't have any visitors which really kills the vibe of the place. 2. The owner and manager are very rude in fact the watchman also. 3. The room had cockroaches and they didn't even cleaned it after multiple requests. 4. The appliances provided are very old and if you ask them to replace it, they'll not do it. 5. The quality of food served on a daily basis was pathetic. I also found insects in the rice they cooked which shows that they are very horrible at maintainance. 6. They close the terrace at 10 pm and say that you can't use it. Making a call or getting some fresh air at the end of the day is the least I would expect. Also I can't use the stairs to sit at night to talk on a phone call. *Also the owner as well as the manager are very manipulative when it comes to rent. The rent is biased for the new people joining. I was paying 12k rent per month. Whereas the others in the PG paid 13k. I was asked and threatened to keep this low.* THEY ONLY ACCEPT RENT IN CASH!!!!!

Please stay away from this pg, The behaviour of the owner and his assistant too much rude. Incase you faced any problem if you informed them they will not help you they scolds on you. And any time they will come ask vacate the room within 1 hours they didn't understand the problem. They always threatening leave the pg like. So please choose other pg not this one.And the watchman behaviour omg too rude and also they deny to gave your deposit too . Horrible experience. And food quality tooo much bad. In a small small matter they start threating you. Stay away from this PG.

WOULD NOTT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Horrible place, the owner and manager was very rude. The room had cockroaches and they didn't even cleaned it after multiple requests. They even made me shift my room 3-4 times in a span of 2 months. The appliances also stopped working which obviously they never fixed and issue of larva is also there. The food was served on daily basis but most of the times it has some hair or insects in it. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE, GIVING YOU GUYS AN EARLY HEAD'S UP . Also they threatend me to empty or room or they will push me out by giving the excuse "Even I will say you are behaving rude with me, now get out"- the words of the so called horrible owner. They lashed out on my parents as well and there is no respect for either the tenant or their parent who so ever they are communicating with. **Also not to mention, the rent is biased for the new comers and were told to say that we were also paying 13k like the rest as they weren't able to fill the rooms becuase of the obvious reasons.**

I had a highly disappointing experience at this PG. The caretaker's behavior is incredibly rude and unprofessional, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. From the very beginning, their attitude was dismissive and unhelpful, and it only got worse over time. They seem uninterested in addressing residents' concerns and, on multiple occasions, spoke in a disrespectful tone. Basic issues like cleanliness or maintenance were either ignored or met with a hostile response. It's unfortunate because the place could have potential, but the caretaker's attitude ruins any chance of having a pleasant stay here. I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful living environment.

World’s worst pg, speaking on personal experience, I stayed here for 4 months. The owner and specially the caretaker are the worst people you can come across as landlords. There is literally no amenity apart from spacious rooms, and cleanliness is not maintained as cockroaches live even in the induction they give. Plus there is no transparent billing they take all payments only in cash.

Pros: 1.The only good thing is rooms Cons: 1.The owner is so so so rude.Even the guard is not friendly as well.They won't allow any family/friends inside. 2.Biggest issue is only Breakfast included,no lunch/dinner even with that much rent.You will get food included in any other PG with the amount they are taking. 3.When we went to first see the pg they told for balcony room rent is 14k/each & for non-balcony its 13k/each.But afterwards we got to know that every room costs 13k/each.So basically they will try to fill their less luxurious room first even if balcony rooms are available.And don't take a room which has pillars in mid of the room. 4. Don't fall in the trap of TV,GYM,SPORTS,KITCHEN.You need to recharge your own tv,gym is with only 2 equipments that too broken.Cockroaches will be your friend during your staying in the small kitchen area. 5. Three months of agreement also there,and 1 month notice period.So basically you need to stay atleast 4 months.1 month rent deposit.They will deduct 3-4 k during leaving. If you search nearby You can get good PGs which includes food,no restrictions and well behaved staffs.Thank you & Best wishes.

Don’t prefer to stay here. No proper service and maintenance. All the ratings were faked by their friends and dear once. Rude staff even the room cleaning person will scold us to maintain room clean, don’t know why they will paid. Within 200 Meters there are so many PG’s with affordable including food.

The rooms are the only things good here. The owner is very rude and takes everything in cash. While leaving he will say that only 3000 will be deducted from the deposit but he will deduct much more for no reason. The behaviour of the gaurd is also very rude they will not allow your friends to just visit the room also.

The PG was very good before the new owner, the previous owner was a very well person but the new owners are very rude and unprofessional. They'll make you feel that they are giving you a place to stay. They don't even know how to treat people and there are so many rules that you can't eat in room, can't bring food from outside and so many strict rules. Feels like a army school hostel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT DON'T SHIFT TO THIS PG. IF YOU WANT TO LIVE IN A JAIL WITH PAYING MONEY GO FOR IT. They are already insulting the previous owners.

THEY ACCEPT CASH PAYMENT ONLY.They don't provide PAN or rent receipt for 2-3 months. No HYGEINE. There were 10-15 BIG live cockroaches in Rice cooker. I will not recommend living at this place. No AC Food is not good They charge high maintenance for 10 days stay 3 k + rent per bed. For one person for complete room they charge 26k rent + 6 k maintenance even after 10 days stay. Cleaning doesn't happen regularly. Bathroom cleaning doesn't happen. Staff is rude and rowdy like. Induction and kettle are of no use. They don't provide utensils. TV doesn't work and they don't provide cable connection Better places are available nearby

I have stayed there for couple of months. The PG is located at a good place near Sakra Hospital, but its price is on higher side compared to the facilities that they provide. They provide only breakfast, no other meals. Also beware of the caretaker of the PG. The behavior of him and the security guards are pathetic. They wont care about the problems you face inside the PG once you have paid them money. If you complain much then they will ask you to vacate the rooms but they won't give your money back. Also they have a preference towards the people of same South Indian community. So if you are from other part of India other than South and if you take suggestion from me who has been there already, better search for some other place and try to avoid this one.

I was staying in pg from last 3 years, As the last owner was too good and help us to rectify our problem as soon as possible. Since 1st of September new owner has takeover a make this pg as hell. It's a place where you can't eat in your room, your friends can't even come to pg even to meet you, you can't wear shorts in pg because girls are staying here, the quality of food degraded from past one and many more. Since I have passed my school in 2016 but staying here still feels like I am staying in a hostel or school. And a note for all tenants who want to stay in pg, the new owner can ask anytime to vacate the room if you have done something beyond the owner's will.

Horrible place.. The caretaker is extremely rude & uncooperative.. There's no periodic pesticide spray, so tons of mosquitoes in Basement, Terrace and Balconies. Food quality is horrible and extremely unhygienic.. The cleaning is very well trained in using and your stuff. Me and my friends have lost around 5k worth stuff.. STILL NO ACCOUNTABILITY.. Since doors can be opened from outside, no privacy from the management staff. They come and go at their will without concern for your privacy or security of belongings in your own room. Will never recommend anyone this place..
