Pg rooms and amenities are fine but, The pg responsible guy was talking nice on the first day while joining. While vacating he finds some loop holes and refuses to give the advance amount. In my case he said 'if we vacate we should need to tell before one week' and at the time of vacating he's saying that the notice period is one month, and forcing us to pay some extra amount and he dint even give the advance amount. My suggestion: Guys who join here please have some proof of terms and conditions. At least ask them to mention the terms and conditions on WhatsApp so that it will be useful in future. And definitely his way of speaking was different on the last day when compared to the first day. Note: the pg is not in the exact location which is shown in the map, approx 100 metres away.

The reviews are self promoted and they don't have a proper rules and regulation and they use that as a loophole to not give back your deposit /advance money for accommodation. I have been trying to contact the guy since 20 days and he keeps hanging up and doesn't return my money yet.

Excellent Gents PG. Homely Food, 24/7 water, Rooms are very clean, Kitchen also very clean and fresh. Overall Super maintanence and Owner Ashok Naidu Thota is very humble person and he will respond immediately if any issues in PG and also he always respect tenants suggestions on food complaints and other maintenance . I would suggest to please go for this PG if anyone looking PG in surrounding Jaya Nagar and very good choice for software employees. My Rating : 5 out 5 ⭐⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Note : No Alcohol, No 🚬 Smoking in PG.
