The rent is **₹8,500** and the advance is **₹3,000**, which they **do not return**. The lady and the manager speak very politely at first, but it’s misleading—**be careful**. **Recommendation:** Avoid this place. Instead, check **Nesto Aloha Coliving PG** – it’s newly built, clean, well-maintained, and much better overall.”

“The worst pg i have ever stayed, no proper cleaning, poisonous food and impure water.Also they fool you with your security money and don't return back.After complaining about any problem they will ask you to leave. Owner and manager behaviour is also the worst.”

Akhil Bcr71★★★★★All the good reviews you see are no longer valid, as they were from the time when a manager named Manoj was in charge. Now, the situation has drastically worsened. The current management is pathetic in terms of cleanliness and overall handling of the PG. I lived there for about 5 months and had to leave because of the terrible conditions. This PG has gone downhill ever since manager Manoj left. Now, it's a nightmare and a continuous vacating streak by the people. No water during office hours – daily struggle to even take a bath. Power cuts with the slightest rain – forget WFH.there is no generator Constant foul and filthy smell from a nearby biogas plant.that makes you vomit Food is disgusting, made in filthy conditions by untrained cooks, management will only keep cooks that make lame food which reduces the making coast for management. Bathrooms never cleaned unless you beg if you want to use. You won’t get your deposit back – they’ll give fake excuses. I stayed for 5 months and literally ran away. If you value your health, peace, and money – avoid this place at all costs.

It's not about ₹1000, it's about value. I don't think these people possess any kind of value.
