“Alert!!!!! The individuals involved exhibit a high level of unprofessionalism. Their contractual terms contain numerous provisions that deviate from standard policies. I requested permission for my brother to stay at the PG for two days as he is visiting Mumbai. Given that I have reserved a single-seater accommodation and will not be present, I anticipated no issues with this request. However, one of their representatives responded inappropriately by resorting to scolding, shouting, and using offensive language. The representative even went so far as to issue threats, stating, "Tu aa, main dekhta hoon; Nerul mein PG khali karne." This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. His Name is Arun sahu.”
