I don’t know what owner name We had chat in WhatsApp’s and call We are 12 members 8boys 4girl We asked or 12 beds separately for boys and girls We paid 3000 k 50% of 6000 Per head 500rs Later we calle anandh shetty He said plz don’t come before 8 am Were we already booked for 8:00am The owner and the reception guy both were too rude That I had to post review on a mid journey The owner still argued that u can use washrooms if needed But the washroom are also not attached What’s the use of booking rooms where we have to use only washroom I strongly recommend whoever comes across this stay Plz don’t book here Thank god we got to know it early and also we got refund

Unsafe and uncomfortable. 🚩 Rude and arrogant manager with no respect for guests. 🚩 No hot water during our 3-night stay (Total 9 people). 🚩 No soiling washroom - ironic for a coastal place like Udupi. 🚩 Outside food not allowed — very inconvenient for groups. 🚩 Refused to keep luggage even when we offered to pay. Zero hospitality and customer care. Not recommended, especially for families and girls.

The only positive aspect of this stay is the location; everything else was disappointing. There was no key provided to lock the room, so it remained unlocked at all times. Although lockers were available, they were chargeable. Even basic amenities like a small soap were not provided in the room. There are only eight common bathrooms, and guests are not allowed to carry chappals into the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. They also have a strict and unusual rule requiring guests to return before 12 AM. While we were outside, the staff called us at 11:30 PM saying they were closing the gate. The service was extremely poor. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Bedsheets were not provided, and the bed itself was uncomfortable, especially for the back. Udupi is a wonderful place to visit, but I would strongly recommend avoiding this dormitory stay.

The rooms were extremely dirty and unsafe, with a terrible stench throughout. The manager was extremely rude and appeared to lack basic manners or common sense—he seemed either intoxicated or mentally unstable. When we requested a blanket, he told us to use the bedsheet already on the bed instead. When we insisted, he began abusing us and even charged extra money. He want guest to go in common washroom without slipper barefooted as he don't have to mop the floor of hotel.

Initial experience is unwelcoming. The owner and manager are rude, cut short our stay from 3 nights to single night. Not so clean room, cost of room is expensive when compared to cleanliness and behaviour. Highly not recommendable.

Very disappointing experience. The owner was extremely disrespectful and impolite, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Customer service was poor, and there was no professionalism or basic courtesy. It felt very unwelcoming, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

I had a disappointing experience with this booking. The manager's attitude was indifferent – they either give a curt response or ignore calls and messages, even when you reach out with inquiries or concerns. Once the booking is finalized, they seem to stop caring entirely. The situation gets worse upon check-in. The hotel staff, knowing you booked through the manager, are uncooperative and dismissive of any requests. A hotel stay is supposed to fulfill your needs and provide comfort, but that expectation was far from met. Even when issues arise, calling the manager is futile – they never answer. Instead, they contact the hotel staff to inquire about the situation without addressing you directly. This lack of professionalism and communication ruins the overall experience. If you’re planning a pleasant trip, avoid the hassle and frustration of dealing with such unresponsive service. It’s simply not worth the trouble.

This is not good place to stay family. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's unfortunate, as the location is convenient, but the environment and amenities fall short. Outdated furniture and decor. Cleanliness was not up to par. Poor ventilation and stuffy air. Limited natural light. The room's design, particularly the glass doors, made for an uncomfortable and insecure. it was a letdown due to the overwhelming bad smell. Room was not well-maintained, with visible stains and dirt.
