We stayed here for 3 days our experience was really bad they charged us bomb and didn't even provide basic amenities like towel. And the end of the day rooms had bed bugs which beaten her and had to take some medicine during our trip. Rooms where decent clean still smelly.

I was there for 2 days and had booked 2 rooms. On entering the room every time there is an unpleasant smell. The room is a bit compact but that’s ok for the price. What’s not good is the bad hygiene maintained. 1. We got a single bed sheet for a double bed in one of our room. When we requested we got a used bed sheet which was very dirty. 2. In other room, we had a very bad towel. We had to request 3 times to get a towel. That too I had to literally fight with them for not responding. 3: even the beds were dirty and damaged and the Tv was tilted making it a risk on us in case it was damaged.

The place and rooms are nice. But the service sucks. Our room was stinking dispite repeatedly informing them to clean it. Also there was no room cleaning service when it also informed to do so. Running water stopped causing us an hr. delay for our schedule. Not even a single bottle of drinking water or jug was provided in any of our rooms. Also security of our belongings can be a big concern there.

The rooms looked good on google reviews but in reality it is not maintained well.. One of the rooms we got here had lot of bed bugs and we were badly bitten by bed bugs during the night. However we were later on shifted to another room but with no ventilation at all. Not at all worth for the money paid.

Hotel room is good but service is too bad. No one is responsible. We have taken AC room and we need to ask them to switch on the AC once you switch it off. AC remote will not work they will simply keep on some temperature and go. We had a Worst experience, on top of that they will blame each other instead of finding the solution. There is no proper parking place for this hotel you need to park outside only.

Location is good ,room is also ok for overnight stay only. Hotel doesn't have own restaurant. Also the major issue is with parking we faced hell lot of problems with parking. If anyone is going by own you will be treated better based on the type of car and if anyone traveling by bike then forget about specific parking. Woudn't recommend unless no other option or don't have any personal vehicle.

One of the worst services offered by Hotel Management before checkin of the Hotel. The Hotel Management just washed their hands, telling no booking was made available by you. Even though literally the booking was made for TWO double rooms 15 days earlier and same confirmation was given by Hotel Management by booking staff one Mr Mahantesha. I just told the booking of Two rooms will be done for a day i.e., Friday night and checkout on Saturday day morning. The Hotel service regarding booking was totally worst. Ofcourse we booked other hotel where in we got very good hospitality and well excellent service in same station. I feel one of the worst service by Hotel Management and the propertier was least bothered about the happenings in the hotel since he was kept very dark by the hotel staff especially by Hotel frontline staff.

Rooms are good but the staff is pathetic and not cooperating dont pick up phone when we call from room have go all way down to tell them anything . They switch off the ac from down and don't switch it on when guest is back from down u have to go all down to tell them . Don't have a restaurant food Is bought from outside it's ok . No parking Is there was told by reception parking would be given that's why took this hotel but when i came from out there were all bikes parked and no parking had park far away . Reception is rude and not helpful painting going on so all smell of paint and stools kept very dufficult to move also TV has only free channels not the regular ones beware about a this hoteliers finally would not recommend this hotel we can get better hotels for the his price

When I tried online booking the rate was Rs.1006/- but due to their website problem it was not possible. When nearing Hospet on phone they told the charges would be Rs.1200/- at the time of checkin they charged me Rs. 1600/- and gave only advance receipt. Even after they did not give me official bill and receipt with GST. There was no light in the bathroom, no mirror on the basin in bathroom, many cockroaches and Mosquito which made my stay horrible. The staff are nothing less than Gundas and very arrogant. I would say that no one should even think of this terrible hotel for stay. I have photos taken to my record.
