The worst place after booking he is informing us not to drink not to party in the stay then for what joy we are paying and staying in his resort? Atleast before booking let us know another two days left for the trip now he is informing all this and refunding amount our total plan is collapsed now thanks for spoiling our trip highly not recommending this stay ❌🙅🏻❌

I had booked this stay for two nights after which I got it know that swimming pool access is from 4-8pm and then we are not supposed to drink in the lawn area and no towels,brushes,paste or whatsoever given to the customers until and unless asked it was really a worse management and then after checking out wanted to capture one video of the stay which is empty and clean and the women at the reception hesitates telling it will become dirty even after requesting for just one video and breakfast is okay okay it is exactly not beach view it is been seen 500 metres behind the beach just for the name sake it is beach but it isn’t watch out there are several other beautiful properties in the same malpe lane don’t waste money on properties like this

I have a MIXED review for this stay. The stars here are for the service and the location. If not for these, I would have given one star for the room. The caretakers are extremely helpful and sweet. The owners are nice too. They gave us early check-in as requested. All our requests were received warmly. The location is 10/10, very close to beach. Breakfast was good. The room was not at all worth the price we paid. We paid Rs. 3500/- for a room which I would otherwise pay 500/- for. The room had no TV, the washroom was so small that a fat person cannot stand. The basin was inside the room itself which made it very messy. The room I am talking about is the room in the old property. Room was clean but somehow we felt very cheated for the amount we paid for a room like that. Otherwise everything was good. Thank you!

Karkera Stay in Udupi is truly a hidden gem! ✨ The place is incredibly peaceful and perfect if you want to relax away from the crowd. What an experience at this resort! The view from each room is the sea and the beach. It's newly set up and Rakesh didn't hesitate to help install a personal wifi when my work demanded some extra 5G. They offer quite a great deal of breakfast - the caretaker is helpful too although the language might be a barrier to talk with him properly. He's sweet though, and helpful. The rooms offer all amenities you'll need - the stay was definitely a smooth and relaxing one.
