It was not as expected! Not at all. Based on my experience at other Homestays I am writing this. I usually don’t write reviews but this stay disappointed me as I always go on reviews in search of properties. I am frequent traveller and explorer of places in that view i am penning it down. 1. Location is good and maintenance of property needs lot of improvements. 2. Service is okay not bad I am not complaining about service. 3. Food - I usually go to homestays for food and stay You get normal home food which you won’t feel any difference. Anna Samabar chapati curry(lunch and dinner-ghee rice extra) and pulav for breakfast they have to improve a lot in this. I just felt in their daily chores they just cooked extra food for us. Improvement is must in this area. 3. Cleanliness has to be maintained especially bathrooms in homestays would be very clean which is a lapse here. 4. I have been to stays where people take us to nearby places in their vehicles but here we have to pay extra even if you go there in your own vehicle. 5. You charge for Wi-Fi seriously. It’s our group’s opinion. you’re not doing it for free think about it. 2- ok

We found the homestay online and contacted them. They were very prompt in answering all our queries. The only drawback is that the road which leads to the homestay was in pathetic condition when we had gone. The road work was going on, so hopefully it'll get better. The staff who attended us was very friendly and helpful. They even came with us to one of the nearby trekking spots that we had planned to visit. The food is above average, don't expect a feast. They provide tasty home cooked food. For what they offer we felt that the pricing is slightly on the expensive side but if you are a large group and want the stay for yourself, this is a really good place.

Very nice homestay with good food and hospitality. Very peaceful place, away from city life, can spend time with your family and friends. The manager Gokul picked up us from the bus stop and also he himself took us to the nearest view point called 'Devaramane' and an unexplored waterfall. I must mention here our thanks to Mr. Gokul for taking very nice pictures while we are enjoying our time. They served us very nice home cooked food which was unlimited. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place.

Overall, my stay at Nadlumane Homestay was nothing short of fantastic. Its my first time in chikmangalur, and this homestay was the cherry on top for a serene experience. Its best to say the homestay is in the middle of nowhere in the heart of nature with a breathtaking view. People coming for detox or to be away from everything...close to nature...this would be the ideal place. Also I have to mention their homemade food was really good. All in all its a must try place for people looking for a homestay in chikmangalur. Give it a try...thank me later.

Such a calm and serene place, we stayed here for a couple of days in April. Though it was summer, it was still cool and colorful all around. Room and bath is compact, though basic, we felt homely. Gokul is very friendly and hospitable. Don't miss the trip to the waterfalls which is just 5kms away and the scenic devaramane hills just 10kms away. Food is hygienic and tasty. We just loved the time spent here
