It's not a very good PG. Bad things:- CCTV is not working. Lots of thefts have happend. I lost my mobile phone. Room cleaning is not good. Lack of water availability. Owners interaction will be good till they get the fees. Good things:- Parking facility. Food is 50% okay.

Worst experience. Owner is illiterate, his behavior is very bad. 2 months I stayed in this pg, nothing is good over there. Wifi doesn't work, no power back up and knowingly to save electricity they close the main switch. Food is v bad. These people doesn't keep the sorrouding clean but they will charge a hefty rent. Better to stay away from such PGs and it's cheap management.

No safety here, no cc tv camara available, my friend lost his 2 phones, laptop when he was sleeping morning time, so security no cctv, and this pg people played with him, they don't allow him to go to police station because they need to hide they dont have cctv.

I was living in G1 room, my room rent was 8000 per month and when I went to Kerala because of sickness my room has been allocated to some other person without asking my permission. I came back after 20 days then he didn't changed that person from room and without asking my permission the person who is managing the pg(his name is Rameez) given the room to him. He taken rent from me and also from other person too. He fighter with me when I asked about that and he told me to vacate the room immediately. Very very bad service I have faced there. They are taking 8000 RS and didn't provided any good services like TV is not working, WiFi issues etc.

Don't come to this pg guys the rent is 8000 for 2 sharing 7000 for 3 sharing and the food is below average (I once got food poisoning while I ate an omelette from there,the owner has a restaurant downstairs which no one comes to it seems they are giving leftover food from restaurant to people in the pg) the bed is full of bed bugs and washing machine was not working and I had to wash my own clothes and the owner of the pg is one sleazy person.
