At first the stay was pleasant but with time it started becoming rather unpleasant. The food quality started degrading, hygiene started compromising. The room service comes only once in a while now, the dustbin stays overflowed for about 2-3 days, even when it is emptied the surrounding isn’t cleaned. Cleanliness factor is just missing. The food is absolutely disgusting. There is absolutely no variety at all. In this same amount other PGs are providing better food. The 3 washing machine undergo zero maintenance hence every now and then they are malfunctioning or not working at all. The water often takes ages to be filled up.Most of the days the Lift is out of service and if by chance you get into it, it sometimes stops and Dosen’t respond at all, causing danger. With every passing day, the amenities are just degrading here.

The PG is fine but the status of the kitchen is very unhygienic. And the owner never returned my deposit money even after informing well in advance that I'll be leaving. They told me that the money will be transferred to me online but it never came. It has been a few months now and they stopped picking up my calls. Don't say that you won't steal anyone's hard earned money when at the end that's what you did. What a shame. -> You've got to be kidding me for saying "4 days" notice because I informed you a month before, exactly. And when I have my tickets booked why will I wait for a month to tell you? Just admit that you've literally stole my money. And my reason for leaving is none of your business. I informed you and one of your partners whoever it was, they said that the refund will be made online. And then you stop picking up the calls. And your room is not getting filled is not my responsibility. And talk about maturity when you return my money.

Not at all good... Some fights happened in 3 sharing room, that 2 girls were sisters and they were sooo annoying and making noises in the morning and troubling all the tym, Owner is Soooo much money minded person, the way he handle problems is soo worst, i was stayed there for 2 years because of his behavior I left that pg ... I don't suggest anyone here.... Yeah u gave it 6k because u said it was 6.5k u reduced 500rs because It was in corona tym, no one was there in that tym thats the reason u gave it for 6k and next point is room clean there were no regular people to clean the room and 2 bed was empty soooo I kept some of my things thats it... That 2 girls in my room they were start disturbing early morning 5 Am this is what I conveyed you, u said if u want u can leave jus like that !!!! Soooo only I said money minded. ... Thats the reason i left that pg.... U dint understand what happened because u were taking around 9k from them.... Jus like that don't throw words, validate the reason then u speak here after...

In April, around 5 a.m., theif entered many of the rooms and stole all the money.When this was reported to the management, the owner scolded the tenants for leaving the door unlocked. a month later the thief returned, this time trying to force the window open in the early hours of the morning. AND even entered few rooms by opening the doors through windows. Even after complaining the thief returned within a week. After many time of complaining there was no action taken. And the owner handed over the pg to new management. Now they have initialized safety grids in all floor and even this pg name is changed. But, Three star rating for good adventure and lifetime trauma.

Decent food which actually tastes good. Reasonably spacious and very sunny and airy. Located in Green Glen layout, the location is amazing, safe and with loads of eateries which are literally a stones throw away, super markets , dentist , gym, ironing, organic store you name it. Room Prices are on the higher side because of the location.

Decent Pg . Food is good . My personal experience with this pg is satisfactory . They have parking facilities. Owner is also friendly who can help you and sort out if something is not good . Accommodation wise it’s decent one . Safe and Good stay ☺️.
