It was the most horrifying experience ever. Kindly provide the refund. My husband, daughter and I travelled to Chikmagalur on 23rd December 2023. We checked into Crystal Inn which is listed as Gostays top priority hotel in the Goibibo website application. I have paid 12000 for 1 night Stay. The hotel room bed linen was dirty ! The color difference between the bed linen and comforter is visible. The geyser was not working and we had no hot water to shower. The bathroom curtains have potty stain, spit marks and is soiled. The bathroom water tap was broken and leaking. The bathroom tiles had aglae/ fungus ! Is this the cleanliness that Goibibo is promising customers ? Pathetic indeed ! Our dinner order was misplaced and parking was a huge problem too ! It was totally disastrous and not worth the money. I request for a refund as per the Goibibo Gostays policy. Failing which I would like to appeal at the consumer court. I am attaching proof of videos and photos for your kind reference. Thankyou

My stay at crystal Inn turned out to be one of the most horrible and disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we entered the hotel, the atmosphere itself felt unpleasant and poorly maintained. The reception staff were unprofessional, inattentive, and showed very little concern towards guests. The rooms were extremely dirty and unhygienic, with stained bedsheets, dusty furniture, unclean washrooms, and a foul smell throughout the room that made it very uncomfortable to even stay there. The housekeeping standards were completely unacceptable, and it looked like the rooms had not been cleaned properly for a long time. To make things worse, the food service was equally terrible. The food arrived extremely late every single time we ordered, and the waiting time was frustratingly long even for simple meals. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, tasteless, and of very poor quality. The dishes lacked freshness, proper seasoning, and basic hygiene standards, making the dining experience completely disappointing. The staff were careless whenever complaints were raised and did not make any effort to improve the situation or apologize properly. The overall service

I had spent Rs 5500 on booking one night 31-dec in this worst hotel ( infact better to be called a lodge), I got befooled by reviews and some marketing youtube videos on this hotel. I will share my story sequentially:||1) Upon disembarking from my car, none came for taking my suitcase , their security guard and reception fellows were just watching me carry||2) I had to ask them for welcome drink at least 10 times, then they gave cheap tang juice||3) Linen were dirty, asked them to change, they told that's good only||4) They had medimix soap and not even colgate small toothpaste, some local brand was there. I had to ask for extra soap and towel for kid at least dozen times.||5) The child bed, they gave, was broken, and they told they don't have another||6) Biggest shocker in morning, when I went for breakfast that even after paying Rs 5500 per night, breakfast was not complementary.||7) Reception person was kind of insisting me to spend another Rs 500 for taking driver's accomodation.||8) TV was not working, gave up after calling them multiple times.||9) Ordered paneer sizzler, they sent me some pepper dry dish, only good thing is they took it back, but their head or whatever Jitend

Rooms are too small and congested. No one in the reception picks up the call despite multiple calls for any house keeping or in-room services. The restaurant service is even more worse - not adequate staff and too late a service. While the breakfast is complimentary, the restaurant did not have even sufficient breads to serve the guests neither the cutlery or glasses are sufficient. You will get disposable plates and glasses. Not at all recommended and poor service.

No one should go to this hotel' Be ashamed, if you charge full amount then maintain cleanliness also, otherwise close this hotel, it is better for us to live on the footpath than your hotel

I went to this hotel to have dinner with my family. I did not like the food here at all. I don't know why people have given me four readings here. Is this a fake rating? Christian Inn and swadishta the same hotel, so the food here is very bad, the staff is also not very helpful and when I went to eat here, when I placed my order, it was given to me which was bad. It was very spoiled and was 2 days old and had a very sour taste. He also gave me rice and there was no taste in the vegetables too, so I would like to give absolutely zero to this hotel. Very bad experience 😔😔😔..

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The so-called “deluxe room” was extremely congested, with broken doors and poor maintenance. The restaurant was untidy and unclean. Overall, the service was pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even if you’re staying free of cost.

I would have given zero rating it was allowed. Worst service. No proper generator arrangement. No proper room service. At restaurant there is no proper service minimum u need to wait for one hour for the order. No AC remotes at the rooms. Overall worst experience. We had booked 4 rooms. We booked a family room for 4, beds were so small that 2 thin people could also not fit in one bed! Room service was very bad. We ordered tea twice , it took them 1 hr to deliver each time. Place has no management at all. No proper parking! Breakfast was good But if your paying this much you do not want to stay in this hotel

We had a very horrible experience at this hotel. The hotel is old and dirty. The pictures given over here are doctored and do not believe them. We found large piles of unwashed bedsheets, pillows covers, towels in the corridors giving a stink from the days it has been piled up. There was piled up garbage like used plates, balloons, paper decors etc from a previous party all on the corridor to the room. There was garbage everywhere in the corridors. Worse was the room. The walls were dirty. The room smelt bad. Horrible was the bed linen. They were dirty with large stain marks everywhere. They were clearly not been washed for some time now. It was apparent that the hotel does not wash its linen. They give their guests used bed linen from other guests. The pillows were not clean and there was hair everywhere on the pillows from the previous guests. The towels were not very clean as well. I came to know from a staff that the hotel is mostly understaffed and housekeeping is done by just one or two persons. He also told me that the owner has not changed bed linen for a long time now and just managing with old linen. We checked in during the late evening. The front office guy was unprofes

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Crystal Inn, and I must say it was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever encountered. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration to warn others about the subpar service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the hotel staff. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel late in the night, our group of nine was met with an unexpected and unwarranted extra charge. We were taken aback by the hotel's decision to exploit us by charging an exorbitant fee for our late check-in. This was not mentioned during the booking process or communicated to us prior to our arrival. It felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of weary travelers, which left a sour taste in our mouths from the very beginning. To make matters worse, we were harassed and prevented from leaving by the hotel staff. Despite having booked accommodations for only six individuals, we were unjustly coerced into paying excessively for all three additional guests in our party. I stay with my 3 friends who belong from Bangalore, very upset staying. Food quality was not good as we expect, no room service available, even in the breakfast they buy from outside, I saw they took from outside and serve us on plate, bcoz it's look like packed breakfast. It was cold and saugy. Very dispointed. What if any hotel took your food from outside and already they noticed outside food is not allowed. Salute for that !!

Worst hotel I have ever been. Just booked this by looking at the reviews online. And felt all those are fake and paid one. This hotel have all the possible problems one hotel can have 1. Room is tiny 2. Bed spread were full of stain and when asked to change staff replied saying all bed spreads are same 😔 3. Room is full of dust and floor is sticky also walls are dirty. 4. Bathroom stinky 5. Staffs were unprofessional 6. Have to wait for ages to get the hot water in bathroom 7. Power back up comes back after 5-10 mins. And till then stay in dark room And list go on..... Only thing which stands out of this list and which is positive is food. It is decent and service also good. Just don’t fall into online reviews. All those are definitely paid and fake. Not at all worth paying almost 4K for a night.
