We pre-booked a 2 bed room here, paying ₹4000 in advance remotely. Now the owners are refusing to provide receipts for advanced payment and any proper booking confirmation. For receipt they are asking for an extra 12k and also requesting a photo of the debit card. Very bad experience, loss of money.
