Zolo Epic Coliving - PG in Nagawara, Near Manyata

Stayed there for 2 months. It is nothing what it looks like in the pictures. I suggest checking out the rooms physically by yourself. They add charges which are never mentioned. The deposit amount was 7500 out of which, they cut half of the amount for random things. Lights keep going out there. The home owner asked me to check out one day prior to my exit and I lost wifi access for an entire day on all my devices. Lift rarely works. The entry gate keeps glitching so you might be stuck outside/inside anytime of the day/night. I did not like the experience at all. Please check out other options. Thanks for reading.

I stayed in Zolo Epic for one and a half months. Initially, the caretaker said the rent would include everything. But when the monthly bill came in the app, I found out the real situation. They charged extra for the electricity bill and water, plus separate GST for each of these. At checkout, they charged a comparatively large amount plus GST on the deducted amount. Even if you stay for one extra day in the month, they charge the water bill for the entire month. So, please find some other local PGs nearby.

Have been staying here for past 6 months and on Regular basis facing issues like wifi not working, hot water not coming.. they take minimum 4-5 days to fix this hot water problem and don't even provide temporary solution too.

I have got out of the zolo PG and its been 22days but i haven't got my refund back, i had rasied 3 tickets and even been to the PG 4 times and they keep on telling you will get tomorrow but its been delayed so long and no one is answering properly. You guys will make us pay extra monet for even one day delay but you can delay the refund for 12 days more than the actual date which you promised to return the advance in, such a great app and such a good customer care, keep it up. Don't join this guy's waste of money and time.
