“I recently stayed at Jade Garden and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite my stay being less than 12 hours, I was overcharged significantly, I paid their 1 day room rent that was ₹2878 via MMT as I was checking in early I was asked to pay early check in fee I.e., ₹1500. Due to an unexpected change in my travel plans, I had to check out early, after staying only a few hours. I requested the front desk staff to please reimburse my early check in as I stayed for less than 12 hours even after bringing this to the attention of the front desk staff, who were courteous but unable to offer any resolution beyond the standard policy. I understand that hotels have policies in place, but given the circumstances, I expected a bit more flexibility or at least a partial refund. Instead, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. This experience has made me reconsider ever staying at Jade Garden again, and I would advise potential guests to be aware of their rigid charging policies, regardless of how short your stay might be. Overall, while the facilities and staff were commendable, the lack of understanding and customer service regarding my situation overshadowed an”

The overall maintenance of the premises is extremely poor, giving the impression of a much lower-grade establishment. The air conditioning was ineffective, and the constant noise from drilling—even during weekends—made it difficult to relax. Basic facilities such as the bathroom were substandard and far from what one would expect at this level. In addition, the hospitality was unimpressive, and there was no provision for secure covered parking; guests are left to park their vehicles on the roadside. These shortcomings collectively create a very unsatisfactory experience. This property does not reflect the standards of a true 3-star hotel, and I would rate it closer to a 2-star or below. Mysore has far better accommodation options available, and I would recommend choosing one of those instead.”

Never think of eating there. I request management to think before what they’re doing. There is no proper response to the customers and proper, and there is zero or negative level of customer satisfaction response to any of the queries or stuff to the servants. There is no variety or any tasty foods to have this only basic and like dumb stuff there.

Mrudula Mangalvedhekar★★★★★Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep at all. There were too much furniture moving noises till 1 am. In the meantime there was one party going on with loud music and people talking and singing loudly. With repeated complaints also the management didn’t do anything. The party continued all through the night. Very bad experience! Useless service and management.

But at 12th hour on the day of check in hotel authority informed that the room is not available, hence have accommodate me in different hotel. The alternate hotel which they have provided was sub standard but after reaching there with family, didn't had much option rather than stay there. I have suffered with family due to nuisance of Jade garden management.

Despite the fact that check-in was at 12:00 and they provided me one room at 12:30, and the second one was still not available which I received rather late in the day. Secondly even though I had reserved a superior room, the condition was too bad. The ac wasn't working properly, and the bathrooms weren't clean, toiletries are too bad. The most revolting part is that they only offer one bottle of water per day. hotel t&c and maintenance are nonexistent, staff behaviour was acceptable. Last but not least, avoid trying to eat in the restaurant they have because it is worse than the hotel. Secondly you will get parking only if you’re lucky enough.

I recently visited this place along with my family and we all were disappointed. We booked 2 rooms for 2 days from MakeMyTrip by paying a decent amount but the experience from check-in to checkout was worst. Rooms are not maintained at all. One room AC was not working, another room TV was not working. In both the rooms refrigerator was not provided but it was mentioned in hotel amenities, while asking no proper response. In bathroom water was logged and had to change the room. There is no view available from room window as its adjoining another building. No cleaning in the corridors and infact nobody take care about it. People sitting on reception were totally unprofessional and don't know how to behave with customers. Food provided during breakfast was very limited and not upto the mark. Overall a very bad experience and won't recommend anyone to waste their valuable money. Better you add a little more amount and you will find a star hotel in the city, close to zoo.

Then he called us back and showed us the room. Later on discussion about the price, he quoted a bit more price than online prices. On asking about this difference between online and offline prices, immediately within a minute he changed the price of room in make my trip and raised the charges by 800 rupees. Reason I was talking to my Wife and kids outside the hotel as they met with a Dior accident and the hotelier comes out and says I can’t chat as it’s too late.. I checked out immediately and they didn’t have a second thought on convincing, and I felt that these guys aren’t fit for hospitality. If you wanna stay and experience an asylum.. this is a right place. Bad Luck😒 if you still wanna experience a nightmare at the city of heritage and full of rich culture… go on you will regret

To top all that the service was appalling , the waiter was telling me the prawns are not fresh straight to my face , like its supposed to be like that. Would never recommend it to anyone .
