“One of the worst PGs in Banaswadi. I strongly advise avoiding this place. The owner is extremely ill-mannered and would enter rooms without permission, which is especially concerning in a girls’ PG. He never even bothered to knock. The food was terrible I ended up with food poisoning and the drinking water was often dirty. The kitchen constantly smelled like rotten food, and overall, the hygiene was absolutely poor. He also refused to return the deposit money. To make matters worse, the owner appeared to be drunk almost all the time, making the environment feel unsafe.”

Rudrakshi Singh★★★★★I lived in the orange building named raghavi Mansion, but my stay was horrible. The room had a nice balcony and attached washroom, buy the owner and his behavior sucks. he used to barge into the room whenever the door weren't locked. and then he would sit and talk about random stuffs. he's drunk 24/7. and doesn't do anything he promises. not safe at all. The food is not good too, the options are v limited and he mostly serves sambar and rice. hygiene is not maintained and if you leave the room for a few weeks he will give it off to somebody else. there's no room security. and lastly he wouldn't give the deposit back unless you fight with him, even after that he will only give 10 percent of the whole deposit

If you book the pg and you go out then he will enter the room and give room to someone else until u come back . Without permission he will enter in all girls pg / room . There will be no permission to enter boy or man in a girls pg but this owner will bring all male to show all the rooms in girls pg .. this is not the ryt way to be...He is not well mannered. As per our information the food is also worst , even he won't give evening and morning tea .. and rooms are transparent as outside can see what's happening inside the room through windows. Soo try to avoid this pg .
