The place looks good overall, but there are too many additional charges for almost every service. Even if you purchase a package, it still doesn’t include parking fees, non-veg meal charges, or ironing fees. While these extra charges were disappointing (but still okay), what I found more concerning was the billing confusion and poor customer support. Even though they already had my advance payment of ₹6,000, I received an email asking me to pay an additional ₹2,500 without any proper explanation. After raising a ticket, they clarified that the non-veg meal fees had been added twice by mistake and said they would correct it, but it still wasn’t resolved. During checkout, I asked when my refund amount would be credited, and they told me I would receive an email regarding the same. It has now been two weeks, and I still haven’t received any update or email. To make matters worse, whenever I contact the service desk, my calls keep getting disconnected or cut off. The property may look appealing, but the hidden/additional charges, billing issues, and lack of proper customer support made the overall experience frustrating.

Worst stay ever at FF21 PODS. Marketed as a secure place for girls, but it was anything but safe.Total nightmare at FF21 PODS. Men come and use the washroom with doors open in only girls pods. Even after complaining multiple times, no action was taken. They even told me not to come out of my room while someone is inside the pod. Terrible WiFi, super cramped rooms with no windows, They say they clean the bathrooms three times a day, but that’s a joke. This doesn't happen even once a week I've been waiting on my deposit for 5 months with zero response from management. Absolutely horrible experience.

It's been more than 60 days since I vacated the property and I still haven't gotten my caution deposit refund. Now they say it'll take 90 days. Lazy management in this branch, There were constant wifi issues when I stayed. The first two months were too loud due to construction. They show all good things while selling, but the end experience would be average at best. Not worth the cost. Please look for another property or at least another branch. Edit:- Got my security deposit back after 75 days. Still 30 days more than the promised time

Not at all recommend for staying. Sheer harrassment of potential residents. I have booked a PG seeing the "beautiful" photos they post on the website. Have paid them advance of 6k for booking. To my regret, due to some circumstances, i was not able to move in and had to cancel (which i informed them 15 days before the move-in date). They just denied the refund of the amount i have paid. I have even requested for refunding the amount after deducting some cancellation charges and was even ready if they refunded hals of the amount. But they straightaway denied that they would not be able to refund any amount back. Where all other good PGs provide refund on cancellation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO BOKM ANY OF FF21's PROPERTIES. I HAVE ACTUALLY VISITED AND FOUND THAT THE PHOTOS ARE WAY BETTER THAN THE ACTUAL PROPERLY. DO NOT BOOK THIS AT ALL.

PG is worst. They steal your advance amount. They charge you fine if the rent is delayed by even 1 day. But the advance amount is not returned to me even after 5 months. The worst part is no one will answer your query. You can never contact the person responsible for this. Worst service.. think twice thrice before dealing with this cheaters.

Really bad experience many times, they are really bad at resolving any problems, there is a fridge that has been spoilt since 6 months and i have many such problems that I can list out, also you will never get your deposit of 30000 back so be careful.

Rooms are very congested with no air- circulation, staying here for a pro longed time can lead to depression due to the design of rooms. Would highly. Recommend to avoid if you're not a social person. Also regardless of their promises to give you back your deposit once you check they are never gonna give you tha back. I paid around 6000 in advance when I checked in here to stay there for around 6 months, during my check out they tolde that they will only give me 3000 back and the rest of the money will be cut down for something else. But when I checked with them after 6 months for the money they told me that the staff who told me i would get 3000 back was in fact confused and they cut down that as well for something. At the end they scammed whole 6000 rupees i paid as advance from me.

After living in the ff21 pods for a month I can say with utmost certainty, this is no way to live. There is no ventilation, the food is barely edible, the rooms are basically a broom cupboard where you feel boxed in like animals. The design is just pretty and of zero functional value. And above all it is extremely highly priced. Honest and earnest suggestion- find somewhere else to live. P.S. the only redeeming factor is that Tom the property manager is very helpful. He is professional and kind and tries his best to resolve any issue at the earliest

The stay was good, but the food was the worst. It's better to use Swiggy or Zomato three times a day, every week. I spent three months dealing with the nonsense of being bonded to their mixed-up company, Equaro. Things got even worse when it came to getting a refund of ₹3000. It's been more than three months, and I still haven't received my refund. They seem happy to take our money but are reluctant to give it back. At the time of getting in they charge Equaro's bond is around ₹2000, and rent is based on various packages. They advertise the rent as ₹12,000, but they hide the ₹2,500 GST (12%). Also charge again 6000 with 3000 move out fee and 3000 as refund which is still a story 😂😂 Additionally, you have to pay ₹300 plus GST every month for even parking in their basement, which is often occupied by other residents. Stay here only if you're ultra-rich, as it costs ₹18,000 to ₹20,000 a month with their premium package, plus the cost of ordering food every day. I rate this place 1 star. Please try to refund at least the ₹3000; it's been more than three months.

I stayed at FF21 Pods recently and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I faced some problems. The food always ran out quickly, the Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, the water tasted bad, and they kept pushing extra add-on services. On a positive note, there's a guy named Tom who's really polite and helpful. However, when trying to get a deposit refund, they wouldn't answer calls or respond. Overall, it wasn't a great stay. I suggest they improve these things. Also, I'd advise others to check out different places before choosing FF21 Pods.

Hated my stay here! There are so many things that are wrong with this house and staff (except house keeping) are extremely rude!! I don’t know why do they have god level attitude!! It’s been 30 days since I vacated this property and i still haven’t got the refund for my deposit yet..when I call them, they disconnect the call very rudely saying that they will check which they never do!!! I do not recommend anyone staying here at all! Update: i got my refund in 2 instalments idk why! there were so many issues with this property that i didn’t type cz im lazy! Just gonna say “it’s not worth it” 🫡
