“Worst PG in my opinion. The owners behave well at the start but later on we get to know how they actually are. They are very rude and have a mocking tone. Very money-minded people, they will charge you for everything. When you vacate the PG, you will hardly get back the security amount and that too very late. This shows their level of professionalism. The room which was alloted to me on the ground floor was often flooded with rain water and the bed had bed bugs. Later I shifted to a better room. Food is average but they serve very less quantity. The geyser was never working properly. The washroom was not cleaned properly by maids. I was fed up of this place and that's why I decided to shift to some other PG.”

“Finally we are out of that traumatic place, if u guys are expecting a peaceful life never ever step into balaji pg, they just take things granted as they are the only pg in there(fortunately now a new pg is opened nearby). They will be nice to us only if we keep silent and eyes closed to all their bad and worst services. If in case we started reacting to this, they will start acting wierd. Worst food ever. That watch man will put all the food that scattered to outside with his hand and serve us, and wont even give enough food. Their male staffs will enter our rooms without even knocking, if we tell them something, the owner only have 2 things to say: 1. If u cant move to another pg knowing that there is nothing nearby. 2. Shift to single room and pay us more money. Their other staffs will enter our room for cleaning and those young ladies will use our charger, earphone without even asking us, when we are not there, and will ask us money. Their staff will scold us in bad words. Go there if u have the tolerance for that. Such a greedy greedy people runs that. Toilets are always leaking, if for our bad luck lights went off, they wont even change, give us mental stress while the time o”

Laddha Singh★★★★★Worst pg ever bad food no water no electricity no facilities No water facility during admission they will just lie that they will give water 24*7 but they will not give....even if you will call them 100 times they will not do their work even for tubelight they will make us wait for one month so traumatic place I wish there was a option for zero star..they don't even deserve zero star they deserve negative From 2 days water was not there and when asked they are like plss adjust...and even they try to physically abuse me worst pg ever and also their food is not good we can't eat only

Positivity★★★★★Don't ever send ur daughter here.. they don't have IN our OUT timing they can just roam here and there in whatever timing they like(even at midnight) The incharge never guide them. Teenagers will surely go in the wrong direction.

THEY TAKEN MY COMPLETE ADVANCE AMOUNT..JEZ FR FEW THINGS THAT LEFT IN MY FRIENDS ROOM ...THEY TOOK WHOLE MONTH RENT PLUS EXTRA CHARGES ..FRM MY ADVANCE ....NO SAFETY FR YOUR THINGS ...STAFFS STEAL THINGS FRM ROOMS ...AS WELL AS STAFFS LOCKED ME TWICE IN ROOM ..AFTER COMPLAINING ALSO NO STEPS TAKEN .... PEOPLE ARE MONEY MINDED .....NO MERCY...😖😖😖😖

Lakshmy★★★★★Pros: Better food than most of the PGs in Bangalore serve. They have cab service, which is extremely useful for the inmates,since the Pg is located in the outskirts of bangalore. You hardly get any rickshaw from there. Though you get to hire a rickshaw, ignorance of kannada/Hindi will cost you more amount than the actual fare. Cons: The owners are so money minded,they charge you for everything,even for storing your luggage when you stay there..you hardly get back the advance amount that you pay while joining. Also they often ask you to shift to other rooms (which are less spacious) when new inmates join (totally unfair for the 7.5k rent that we pay). Please have a good care of your belongings.i often lost snacks and cosmetics from my flat, my flatmate even lost her gold pendant from there.
