**Title: Terrible experience, greedy management** After a one-month stay, I would strongly advise against this PG. - The food is awful and repetitive (only one curry with rice). - They sometimes give old, leftover food from the previous day. - The biggest scam: Monthly rate is ₹268/day, but they charged me ₹700/day for just a few extra days. Completely unfair and greedy. Save your money and your health. Look for another place.

Worst hostel that I ever seen. Always rice. No tiffin items. If any thing repair in our room. We should only keep money and repair. No wifi.24 hours hot water uhh if heater repair you should call one plumber and repair.It's not like hostel no words they are maintaining. Bcz I already stayed in Chennai there any reapir in room hostel owners should take care.

I currently stay at this PG and I must say that my experience is extremely disappointing. First and foremost, the breakfast served at this establishment is incredibly monotonous. Every single day, except for Sundays, they serve a rice-based breakfast. This lack of variety made the dining experience quite dull and uninspiring. On Sundays, they provide idly, which is a small relief from the monotonous routine, but it hardly compensates for the rest of the week.Moreover, the food they served is either excessively spicy or completely devoid of any spice. Adding to my dissatisfaction was the exorbitant cost I pay for my double sharing room. I had to pay a substantial amount of 8000 per month, which I believe was not worth the services provided. When I approached the management to request an inclusion of different cuisines for breakfast, they dismissively justified their limited options by questioning how many dosas or chapatis a person can make. This response was both unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Furthermore, upon booking, I was promised that non-vegetarian meals would be served once a week. However, during my entire stay of almost a month they served non-vegetarian meals only tw

Worst pg facilities are not at all good, food s not good, there s not proper cupboard facilities. Pg owner behaviour s worst always he will have a fight. They have mentioned 24h hot water but pg owner will not allow us to switch on heater more than 20min. Wifi facilities are not there. Totally the hell.

The room being too small for the advertised occupancy, lack of natural light and air, the absence of regular cleaning services and staff's asks to clean it up by yourself no cupboards are provided, and the high price for the double sharing is 8000 of accommodation make it a poor living situation. Having to adjust for a month due to exams adds to the overall dissatisfaction.Never gonna recommend this to anybody else.
