There have been several deficiencies in services and the non-refund of the deposit remains ambiguous and vague. The withholding of the security deposit appears arbitrary and illegal. Don’t fall for their deceptive words, they are cheaters and name should be changed as bottom 1.

The owner and the manager Anas are such a Terrible people. Before getting the accomodation check for the vent noise from downstairs restaurant. They will now give back your security money. They will make so many excuses.Anas the manager there is such a pathetic guy he is he just wants to take money out of you for everything. It was a terrible experience.

Prior intimation of 1 month already given but I have not received my advance amount. There is no safety for vehicles parked in the cellar. Still Nov 2025 I have not received advance amount. The worst maintenance of room I have ever seen. Except the lady who cleans room nothing is good here. Washing machine doesn't work properly. No proper hot water facility. If anything goes wrong no body cares to fix it up 🤧😤 However food facility is not available.

i stayed there for almost 2 years, the owner guy is the worst, he is all about money, just because a person said he will pay him more he said that i need to shift to below floor, and don't even talk about cleanness that's a dump even the washing machine is about to explode, and the wifi is like ' it exists and at the same time doesn't exist '

It’s a paying guest accommodation with types of sharing and no food at all. Price range varies as per sharing type selected. My opinion about this PG is best as it doesn’t have any food options. Most of the PGs offer food but of not good taste and quality, where tenants usually end up eating outside which results in more expenditure.
