“I stayed in this PG for 2.5 years. During this time, the ownership changed three times. The old reviews you see (with a 4.6-star rating) are from the previous owner, who maintained the PG properly. But since june 2025 things have become very bad. The current owner does not know how to manage the PG properly. Basic facilities are not maintained. The new lady owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. If you ask anything or raise any concern, she simply says it’s your problem and refuses to take responsibility. There is no proper management at all. The food quality is very poor and completely unhygienic. Many times there is no hot water available. There is also no parking facility, which causes a lot of inconvenience. Overall, my experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this PG to anyone. Please think carefully before deciding to stay here.”

“Worst PG.. I have been here for 1.5 years. Modalu Naresh Bhai is a PG teacher, but current management is not good at quality work. Problems: Office time is not available Oota quality is not available Washing machine is not proper Cleanliness is not good Security is not good — my belongings are lost Management behaviour is rude ₹6000 is not worth it. Suggestion: Stay for a week trial, then decide.”
