“I've had a very bad experience staying in this PG, place is full of cockroaches you can't even sleep, food always not available. The owner never responds to complaints. However, they are very quick to call or text when it's time to collect rent. Overall, it's definitely not worth for the money and fake promises they do. I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a clean and well-maintained place to stay. Don't be victim of false promises!”

“Worst experience ever at this Colive PG! If you value hygiene, comfort, and basic respect — avoid this place at all costs. The rooms are full of cockroaches, even inside the beds and cupboards. It’s almost impossible to sleep peacefully. The drinking water here is completely unreliable — sometimes dirty, sometimes unavailable for hours. The owner’s behaviour makes everything worse. He has a huge ego and zero sense of responsibility. Instead of addressing genuine problems, he argues with residents and rudely dismisses concerns. Every time someone posts a negative review, he shamelessly replies calling it “fake” instead of fixing anything. That alone shows his attitude. This is not a livable place; it’s a constant stress. Don’t fall for the fancy photos or fake promises. There are far better PGs nearby where they at least respect tenants and maintain hygiene. Think twice before choosing this place — once you move in, you’ll regret it.”

kalyan kandula★★★★★I have been staying here for the past two months, and so far, I’ve had a good experience in this PG. The food is tasty, the rooms are clean, and cleaning is done every day. This PG near Nagavara offers single and double sharing rooms at affordable prices. The owner is also very responsive and helps whenever we face any kind of issue. Coming to the food again — like most PGs, the menu is quite routine, but the food is tasty and enjoyable. If you’ve stayed in a PG before, you’ll find it familiar; if not, don’t worry — you’ll get used to it soon. One minor drawback is that you may sometimes notice cockroaches, which is quite common in the Nagavara area. Overall, I would definitely recommend this PG.
