I am writing this to warn about other looking for a PG in Mathikere area. I stayed in this pg for 2 months from May-July and faced several issues. First they claim they have many facilities and their brochure mentions three tiers of rooms starting from 7500 to 9999. However onsite they charge every room 9000 claiming that other rooms are prebooked. The rooms are very small and not cleaned even after repeated requests regarding room cleaning. It gets cleaned only after repeated request for once every 15 days unlike daily cleaning as advertised. There is not hotwater facility and the management give baseless reasons for the geyser not working from 2 months and have not fixed till date. When asked about vacating since the rent being almost 1.5x other pgs which have basic facilities they refused to pay back my advance. There is no transparency at all and the house manager is very incompetent and rude when we approach with concerns. There is no transparency at all and all the 5* reviews online are fake or bought. Many other tenants currently also face the same issue. All they care is about getting rent and make it very difficult and frustrating to get your advance. I haven't received

First of all, they have multiple pgs in mathikere and claim that the price starts from 7,500, but the photos they posted are from the pg where prices start at 9K. If you say that you don't want the expensive room, they will start to force you to go for the more expensive one and will only show the dirty 7.5K rooms until you budge. Only after I gave an ultimatum that they showed me a decent room. They nag you for selecting the room within your budget . But later I found out that the pg is completely infested with cockraches and rats. Just look at the pg floor during any evening and you will see it. Then the room that they alloted me started have seepage issue,that too was not rain water, it was water from somewhere else ( most probably a seepage from the above toilets). When I informed the caretaker, it took them more than a week to shift me to another room. At that point the seepage was over my bed. Then the room that they gave me didn't have hot water. The guy who lived in the room. Told me that that pipe hasn't been repaired for months and even after repeated complaints they didn't repair the water problem. I would not reccomend it to anyone. For some people they take 8k for 2 people sharing room and for other people they take 9k and for the sake of gym they have some equipments and floor above is always leaking with sewage water to the so called gym.no one uses it.they don't have hot water in the facility and the so called daily clean is another scam too.
