•A new building which contains 1 BHK rooms was converted into PG. •In 1 single BHK room 5 beds are there. 2 are there inside the bedroom area and 2 are there in the hall and 1 bed was there inside the kitchen area. •Rents vary based on the beds and area. •2000 Rs. was the advance needed to pay and u will get it while you are living that too u have to inform before 1 month. •Rents are starting from 4500 Rs for the beds in the hall and 5000 Rs for the beds in the bedroom area. •Facilities are wifi, washing machine, Hot waters, 3 time foods. •Non-Veg is on Sunday for one time. •Rooms are clean but not aware of bed bugs.

Rents are reasonable, and the property owner is friendly. This is the best PG jigani area for gents who are single.
