“We stayed here for one day with horrible experience. 1. Location is very dirty and lots of bars around with dirty peoples. 2. Rooms are very compact and beds are very bad . 3. No privacy in bath room and it has one glass transparent partition. 4. TV never works and they don't care if complained. 5. They say 24 hours got water, but landed up in to take cold bath. Reception is useless. 6. Breakfast facility is buff. They do not have any resturant. 7. Ordered coffee. They served without sugar stating sugar is exhausted. Useless answer. 8. Over priced for the room and no bargaining and it is not worth for even Rs.1000/- 9. No room service available. And all photos posted are fake. 10. My advise, if you want pleasant stay don't be cheated by booking this hotel. Very very bad experience.”

Toilet seat is on too much of height. Rest, room was having good interior. Not a good stay. . Though service was good and people are ready to serve.

Due to the return train timing( 3:55 am), the manager had promised 1 hour late checkout during booking, but at night manager forced us to vacate the room within 23 hr from the time of checkin ( 12:30 am).Worst service we ever had in our life. And asking extra amount as bribe for extra 1 hour stay. Due to this we suffered a lot at mid night.They are big liar. Even if the rating was zero, I would not like to give them a zero also.

He behaved very rudely. No complimentary breakfast. When I asked to serve the Tea at room, I was told to wait for 1 & half hour. No curtains are available for bathroom glass door.
