- scam pg, didn't return my deposit - all reviews are fake, ask directly to pg members ull know the pathetic state of the pg - pg can win award for the worst food in entire bangalore Lived here for around 6 months. If I were to sum up my experience in one word than its "Worst" They are running the pg like a jail constantly monitoring everyone. The food is the worst worst ever, the food is just pathetic. They cook is nutritionally bad only carbs and by taste its even worse. Even in jail you will get better food than in this pg. Too many restrictions in the pg, the lift doesn't work, you can't cook much on the gas only for short purposes. Hot Water only in the morning. Washing machine only one is present which is used by entire pg, need to ask keys to turn on the washing machine everytime to the manager which he will never give you without blabbering some nonsense. Notice period they don't specify like other pgs and won't return your deposit when you Ask for it. All positive reviews are completely fake, just ask the people from pg directly you will know about the pathetic condition of the pg.

This place is not clean or worth your money Very poor facilities and too many restrictions 1. No water supply for each floor, only available in one floor for everyone in 5 floors 2. No lift facility 3. Terrible unhygienic food 4. Water is always leaking in the floors 5. WashingMachine is always under lock, you need permission to use it under timings 6. No hot water available 7. Very Slow WIFI 8. Walls are very thin between rooms, there’s no privacy 9. Owner doesnt fix anything and is very arrogant 10. Limit on power usage everywhere in this pg 11. Bathrooms are horrible, Very dirty 12. The owner doesnt return your advance money and he says “you should inform before 1 month” at the end but still doesn’t return it I’m not exaggerating any of this, just my personal experience and others in this pg and the owner doesn’t care about your problems

I've been there for 4 months, here are some of the things regarding my experience: 1. Food was average, repetition of rice especially. 2. Room was cleaned in every alternate day but using just water to mop, no use of phenyl. Also the sink area used to be dirty most of the time. 3. Anyone was coming and using the washroom, therefore it used to be un-flushed sometimes. No use of CCTV camera. 4. Room is separated with the false walls, so the flatmate can listen everything little sound. 5. I asked to fix the lighting issue as it use to fluctuate, which was never resolved. 6. Use of washing machine was restricted to certain hours only. 7. Wifi had some issues which was annoying. 8. Electricity charges are included in the rent but when the charges came more (according to the PG manager) for the flat I was asked to pay without any prior notice. But, I didn't pay because other people used to leave their room without turning of electrical. 9. If you have to pay the rent on a certain day, you will be reminded before that day with a certain amount of push. But even if you have any genuine reason for the delay, then also it won't be considered. 10. When you leave the room, you don't
