“Do not recommend it to anyone. Whatever issues you have whatever tickets you raise on the app will never get fixed. Dont go for the name unisex pg, they do not let any guest enter. If any guest is seen they will send you a warning mail which will say you have to stop brining in guests or your deposit will be gona. The contract says guests can stay in the common area but even with that they will ask us to throw them out. When we came to see the flat the care taker told us yeah its a unisex pg so girls and boys both can take the room if they want to. Now they are saying the complete opposite My sister's roommate faced an issue where she couldn't stay in blr for family reasons, for one day they charged her 12-13k did not give any resolution for her problem. Its a rip off”

“Worst Experience!!!!!! For each and every thing we have to raise complaint and the complaint are not resolved for more than one month. For me the most important thing was water purifier the same was not working properly bad smell was there in water so many times complaint was raised but same was said to be ok. It took almost 1.5 months for them to replace the water purifier. Again the induction which is provided is of such bad quality that within 1 month the induction stopped working complaint was raised but no response was received from Zolo side. The solution given by engineer of zolo was bring your gas stove and cylinder and cook food because this induction will not work . I was staying in sharing the flat is 2 BHK and 4 people stay in one flat around 12k+ rent is charged per person but the service provided is not even worth half the cost we are paying. If you have money and want to waste it please choose Zolo. They are even charging more in name of electricity bill and water charges customer are just to earn that's their moto I guess. Service is secondary. Worst Experience worst service received.”

“Please avoid this place if you are planning to, the rent is too high with no facilities and on top of rent they charge you electricity bill , there is no explanation of bill being too high on top of it they charge gst on electricity bill as well. Most of the reviews provided are by zolo management only that's the reason for it's high rating. There is no reply on the tickets or complaints you raise. No proper cleaning of rooms , power cuts with poor power backup, almost regularly the wifi goes down. They literally do not justify the high rent you are paying in comparison to the facilities they provide.”

“1 star is still an exaggeration... I have been on a call with zolo support to know an update on a situation that was extremely severe where the property manager "Salman" said and I quote him "The property owner has informed us that if any trouble arises he will send 15-20 goons to beat up any unauthorized guests and throw all the stuff of the residents on the road and whatever court case happens will take 2-3 months and will be taken care of easily by them with no harm to them" and all this happened at 2a.m. at night. Being a person from a far off city, it was very concerning to me and raised concerns on security and safety. After 2-3 days of this scenario, I tried calling zolo support at night to get an update but the call was on hold for more than 1 hour. Just think, what if it was an urgent safety issue and I called zolo support and they do not answer for more than 1 hour that I am waiting on right now while writing this review. Being a customer to this company, I did not sign up for the property manager 'Salman' to threaten me in such a manner. I really do hope that the company policies do not allow this, as this person claimed this goon scenario as "can happen, and will happen”

Juhi★★★★★Living here since last 8 months and , NO water at office time, mid night, nobody listens to the tenants, they only want to make money out of tenants and the sevice quality is nowhere near what they charge us.. Many times power backup is not there... Electricity bills are too high and very uneven distribution among flatmates on basis of nothing...it's not even divided equally... Unethical charging without even any notice, no resolution of tickets/issues.... The good rating is given by the managements and is fake... All the tenants are not at all comfortable here and agitated about this. Also as of current single room they charge 22.5k + and they are keeping it increasing... Please find a good flat instead of this...

Moreover, additional charges for electricity and water were unexpectedly added, which weren't disclosed upon joining. The electricity bill was split among three people for a 2bhk, resulting in my share being over 1500 rupees. Despite raising the issue, I haven't received a satisfactory response. The 5-star reviews seem to be prompted by Zolo staff during the joining process.

Prachi Naresh★★★★★Zolo Duncan PG is a complete rip-off. The rent they charge is way too high considering the poor quality of service provided. On top of that, the electricity bills are through the roof, Wi-Fi speed is pathetic and don't even get me started on the water problems. Avoid this place unless you enjoy throwing your money down the drain.

Every month the overall rent increases and they add additional water charges which was not there in the starting months. For double sharing (without food) it costs 12k including all the extra charges.If you are looking for affordable pg then this is not the place

Additionally, the overall rent goes up every month, and they’ve introduced extra water charges that weren’t there initially. For double-sharing accommodation (without food), the total cost, including all additional charges, comes to ₹12,000. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly PG, this isn’t the right choice.
