Owner will first say an amount then say 1000 as security deposit from that they will give only 500back.i don't know when we search this pop up first .don't get fooled by them.no clean rooms,no good food,mess is in terrace only,they charge 6k to 7k even for 5 or 6 sharing also.so,don't get fooled by the Google reviews

My sister was staying in this pg from past 2 years, while joining, the rent was 5000, after some days they increased to 5500. When my sister was about to leave the pg, the rent was 5500, the advance pg owner took while joining was 1000 advance+ 500 maintenance + 5000 rent. Can anyone please comment while leaving the pg whether she should give the full advance or not.. she didn't give full advance. She told she will give only 500 because when I joined the pg the rent was 5000 but when I'm leaving it's 5500 that's why she will cut 500 in advance. Still we people are confused with her calculation. However I have paid the last month rent 5500 but why she need to cut in my advance I'm wondering. I left the pg after 4 days from the date of joining for that she asked the per day charges I totally agree for it. But the advance thing I'm not clear that's the reason I didn't pay the extra day charges still. Once I get the clarity I'll pay.

I stayed in this PG for 7hrs, look at the photos i have attached, one of the unclean, unhygienic,worst PG i have ever seen and had bad experience, owner took 2000rs for staying there for 7hrs, the kitchen exactly looks like cows shed, Writing this review after 1day of stay, i would never recommend this PG fo any class/ low budgeters as well, look for any other PG, dont see the pics at google they look nice but may be it was years back. We 3 people lost 6000rs for staying there for 8hrs. We left by paying them.

This pg is a breeding ground for cockroaches and is extremely untidy and unhygienic with terrible food. There is no privacy as Vanita and the owner barge into the room as per their convenience. Also, all members staying in the same room pay different amounts as rent, no uniformity. Would not recommend this disgusting pg even to my enemy!

If there is any review which we can give in (-) I would do that only... Pathetic PG and once you will tell that you want to vacate the room they will treat you so badly and become totally uncivilized, they don't have etiquettes to speak also. And yes one of the most unhygienic PG I have ever seen in my whole life, initially I was eating there but when dirt came in my food and tea I stopped eating and drinking tea there for my own health there kitchen is just like a garbage disposal room and there washrooms are so dirty. If you can compromise on your health and dignity with the wastage of your money come to this PG otherwise check reviews and then decide. I have some pictures of washroom which I take before vacating the room.

Hardly could stayed for a week!!!! Good People as roomates are hard to found and impossible in this Pg !! So troublesome !!! Even the owner doesn't respond properly for any complaints!!! They ask us to keep our luggage in cupboard while providing minimum space and in return complains the tenants for the cockroaches And once you post the honest reviews they say you never stayed there 😂

Unhygienic rooms in pg ... they provide bunker beds ...and the upper bed doesnt even blower air ..... And the bathrooms look very unhygienic ....atleast bustand bathrooms are far better than this .... The shitttiest pg i have ever stayed ..... I do not recommend ...and the owner is too commanding .... He charged us 2k for not even staying for 1 day ..... If u ever want ro find pg in jalahalli cross or nearby that area ...do not step in to this ..pg .... I do not recommend this pg for girls ....
