“Very very worst, Third class PG. I have never seen this type of PG system. Owner is very rude. Owener receiving rent in time from student. But healthy and sufficient food will not providing. So many times Students are suffering from health issues by bad food systems in this PG. Owner will be giving warning to students to leave PG in spot. ( Immediately) If students asked Sufficient , healthy food for paid their money. And he is not giving students deposit amount when they leave. I am writing this to inform to all who want to join in this PG, " Don't try to join in this Third class PG and don't waist your money ."”

“This is the worst pg ever.The owner is arrogant and won't reply to any of your calls. The food is worst (it might be good at first to attract more students). There is no wifi, no proper washing machine, the waterfilter has algae in it everytime. There is no proper cleaning i gave money on time every month ..... sir u are talking about the wrong guy. my girlfriend is not in that pg. soo u are missing some information. so focus on fixing the pg not arguing in the maps review”

Kept promising to give the room .. i have been in touch with him for one whole month regarding the room he told me to call him on 25 th sep and said i will give the room and when called on 24 th sep said call me on 25 th sep ..and when called on 25 th .. indecently said NO ROOM and hung up the phone on me... SUCH MONEY HUNGRY people... AND AFTER READING THIS MESSAGE IF YOU APPROACH HIM HE will definitely make some excuses and put the blame on me instead ... And will try to provide you with the best service ...why he did this with me is because I had his number saved and i approached him before for stay for an year but couldn't move to his pg for some reasons ...so he thought to goof up with me deliberately...

I have done experience in this pg soo it very bad and students will get healthy issues very fast of we stay in this pg. Yes off course I have stayed in our pg only 10 months not years that u keep in your mind and I have done agreement for 1 year before completing 1 year u said to leave the pg and u gave just 1 day to leave pg and see others pg hygiene and what type of food its . Only colour rice no taste at all. And u said to vacant the pg that is your problem and u didn't refund my amount and one more thing for 1 year amt is 7500 without completing 1 year u said that to pay 8000 what is this . And u cut the amt in advanced and I m asking regularly to provide table since u provide after 4 months .
