Owner is the main reason to give one star and and negative review bcs he is a arrogant , water is not available 24X7. Absolutely the worst PG in the area. The facilities are terrible, and the food provided is utterly bad. The biggest issue is the management—the owner is highly arrogant, uncooperative, and a fraud. Be aware that he will try to charge you an extra ₹1,500 maintenance fee every six months without providing any real services in return. Save your peace of mind and look for better accommodations elsewhere.
