“They don't refund the security money. guy called chandu in Zolo Dorian when i called him for the security money he replayed he can't do any think. i did not receive my security amount of Rs.8500.... @Chandra Prakash chaudhary this is the person behind the downfall of zolo dorian.”

“I had a very disappointing experience at Zolo Dorian. Despite the high rent charges, the living conditions were far from satisfactory. Here are some of the major issues I faced: 1. Rat Infestation: There was a rat in the kitchen cabinet that made noise every night, making it impossible to have a peaceful sleep. Additionally, rats were also present in the corridor and in the lobby downstairs. 2. Unhygienic Bathroom: The bathroom consistently stank and was poorly maintained. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The water jet in the bathroom did not work; it was just present for namesake. Additionally, the bathroom had poor ventilation, which exacerbated the smell and made it uncomfortable to use. 3. Poor Room Maintenance: The room itself was old and not well-maintained. Basic amenities like the chimney never worked. 4. Building Condition: The building was old and lacked proper upkeep. 5. Lack of Security: There was no security at night. Anyone could enter and leave the building without any tracking, which made me feel unsafe. 6. Water Scarcity: There were frequent water shortages, forcing me to always keep a bucket full of water in the bathroom. 7. Questionable Drinking”

“the worst pg on hoodi not the best. the service is really bad, no water, very bad customer service, plus no maintenance of the property. only one guy handles everything who becomes plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc he is all in one never shows up on property”

Kamesh Bharadwaj★★★★★I have been staying at this place for quite a long time. From the past 6 months the condition of PG is the worst. Extremely high prices of electricity. Plus we run into frequent issues and no maintenance is done properly . So any issue we face will not be solved for a minimum of 2 weeks. Even simple changes like bulb change.. Highly don't recommend this place to anyone thinking of joining.

If they fix these issues I would have had no problem rating them 5 stars. But their lack of commitment on these aspects have been dissapointing.

This is honestly one of the worst pgs i have ever stayed at.The cleaniness is not at all maintained well and then talking about the room, the walls are dusty and the cupboards in the room had a moldy smell. I swear, I saw rats running along the rooms, thats the level of cleaniness that they keep. On top of that, their customer care is just the worst. No response to any emails or any calls.They don't care at all. Also, the rent for these rooms are just too much. Even if these people gave me a room for free, I would not stay here or any other of their so called properties. I would recommend you to not stay at any Zolo pgs ever.

Pro's- - Spacious rooms. - TV, Induction, hot bathing water and fridge is in the room only. - washing area on roof (5th floor). - Good cleaning team. Space for parking. - Good for introvert person. -TT table in the parking. Con's - Electricity bill is not included and it can come upto 1,300 p/m. - Food is not good it always arrives cold and starts smell bad in sometime. - No proper market near to eat if you don't have vehicle it's very difficult . - I don't like the mentanence service at all. They tell it's good but there is no proper persons who will do the job. eg - they took 3 weeks to repair just the lock of my cupboard. - Cupboard is so small. - TV don't have any dish or anything. You should do the recharge the dish to use. - Washing clothes is a task there as there is no lift and the water flow is very slow it took more than 2:30 hrs for one batch. - TT is there but no ball and no one to play with. - Not for extrovert person. Finally I am just telling my experience and what I feel is food and electricity and washing cloths is the major problem than no mentanence team.

Yash Gupta★★★★★Worst pg by zolo. -> Electricity charges are more than actual consumption. -> Irrespective of number of people staying in room, the charges are not equally divided rather charged same by every person living in same room. -> Could not provide, specially during weekends. Need for to wait whole day for drinking and daily use water. -> Cleaning staff is helpful but manager is not. Manager does not pick up calls, do not reply back. -> Everytime increasing charges, sometimes for water, sometimes for bed charges, etc. without justification. Even zolo team is not inspecting the property, no support from zolo team as well.

Lalit gupta★★★★★Newly renovated property in good shape but badly manged by zolo. Water crisis and light is not available during the day. Generator problem rectification took more than 10 days. After light problem, now water problem stated. Manager of property visited and indicated that he is great person and everything takes own time and u all have to bear with till solution is worked out. Very complex way of rectification of simple problem by zolo mangers. This is nice property but basic need of electricity and water will force this property is least preffered.
