Worst pg I never seen. Old owner was ok but the new people take over it. They didn't surving tasty & clean food even after finding of chachorch in rice, and date expired wheat flour. Washrooms are cleaned only when they wished. They just arguing and told the girls to vacate immediately. They are not providing a food as per menu. They only money seeking minded people & even their is no proper security also not available.

Please do not join this PG. Initially, the building owner maintained the PG, but now the owner has handed over the management to a contractor. This contractor is responsible for everything, including food and cleaning. The food here is terrible, and there are even cockroaches in it. When we complain to the contractor, he denies it, saying, "It's not possible; we prepare the food in a clean way." However, the truth is that the food is not made in the PG. It is brought from outside, where they prepare food for many PGs they manage. Do not trust the food menu. Whatever they tell you is a lie. For breakfast, they give rice items like lemon rice and puliogare. For lunch, they provide rice and sambar, which often contain cockroaches and insects. For dinner, they serve the same sambar made for lunch. The rice provided is similar to the low-quality rice distributed in society because it is cheap. We have to search for vegetables in the sambar. Three times a week, they make sambar with only cheap vegetables. They claim to offer non-vegetarian food, but all they provide are eggs, which are discolored and smell bad. First owner was good in food quality, security, cleanliness and everything was on time. But , now they have rented the building and some other person is maintaining this PG too badly.. The food is not good and it will be not on time and the new owner is too rude ... They are owner for name sake not to clear the problems of the PG inmates. The camera will be off, sometimes they don't switch on the geezer. The corridor is filled with full of water. If PG inmates complaint them regarding these problems the owner is not ready to listen to them and they always says "I am not interested to talk to you,Just vacate the PG , we can't solve your problems." This is what the actual condition is...

This Pg is very well maintained. The 1 st owner was very good. Inbetween the owner was changed. But now the old owner has again taken the incharge. Shamanth sir and jothi madam are maintsining this PG very well. Best in Hassan town.
