“BED BUGS... I decided to write this review after seeing other reviews that, in my opinion, didn’t reflect the reality of staying here. So, here’s my honest experience after staying in this PG for 1.5 years. From day one, I never had a single peaceful night's sleep — the bed was infested with bedbugs, and I woke up every morning with itchy bites all over my body. Despite repeatedly raising the issue, nothing was done. Some people claim the food is “homely.” Honestly, I have no idea how — the food here is unhygienic, tasteless, and sometimes completely unidentifiable. It often felt like I was being served leftovers or random experiments. So, I started to eat outside. The only reason I tolerated this place for so long was because it was near my workplace. NOTE: The cooking area is filled with rats. There’s no proper bike parking, and the main gate is locked after 11 PM, which is highly inconvenient if you work late or have personal commitments. “Not very well maintained. Reasonable monthly rental with food. WiFi free. Asked security deposit. It can easily maintain well. Close to the road and can have quick shopping.”

When u says any issues in room(Hanger, Bed etc) with owner, he didn't respond properly,he will open mouth & teeth and he smile very beautiful, The owner will say every thing is fine over here but, firstly the price of the pg is overrated and secondly there is bed bugs There are many other new pgs in this location, infestation, just another day you have to visit the doctor for the infection you got by the bite of bed bugs, this PG needs an serious attention . so many people did the fight with owners, and they went to police station also, Please don't visit, not even for the purpose of staying for a day. Finally, owner(He/She) is money minded. very bad behaviour.

Firoz Mallick★★★★★Pathetic and rude behaviour. Food is average. Online delivered couriers will be opened by the in-charge and his Brother in Law in your absence. The wife of the in-charge is highly uncultured and lacks basic mannerisms. During your property visit, you'll be informed that the elevator/lift will function in a week. That's a lie just to make you book the bed. It's never operational and you have to climb the stairs.

There are many other new pgs in this location,it's better to stay there instead of this pg and rent is also less in other pgs compared with this pg.Finally, owner(He/She) is money minded.
