“While the golf course would receive a 4+ star rating as it is beautifully maintained and curated be aware that when the caddy picks a trolley for your bag ) he doesn't offer to carry it) it costs Rs200/- . The rooms and I speak for the 1BHK - unit L1 that was alloted leaves a lot to be desired. I would've preferred a nice spacious hotel room with decent bath facilities. The C approach is unsafe as it's not yet ready, Here there was no Tata sky as "not renewed subscription" / no bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps/ the bathroom was small with a shower curtain that allowed water into dry areas, low corner basin so using a single mirror on one wall requires deft twisting of body to shave etc/ no holders or space for personal toiletries, etc etc, The microwave and kettle switches are in inaccessible locations. Not worth the 6.5K . This room Should sell for 3,500 / and I will still not take it. I do hope they have better choice the next time. The restaurant though distant (you need to drive) and during rains cannot be used as its is outdoor. But The room service is good, food is good and we had a great breakfast. The staff are very good. Ruma made things better in both the”

“Zion Hills may be a great place, but the maintenance situation under facility manager Arun Kumar has become completely unacceptable. Despite repeatedly informing him and even raising multiple complaints through the ADDA app, nothing has been resolved. No proper technicians have been arranged, and the same problems continue without any progress. We are permanent residents of Zion hills despite that we are still facing such water leakage in the villa and bathrooms, yet Arun Kumar has shown zero initiative, zero responsibility, and zero accountability. His lack of action is causing serious inconvenience to residents. We are regularly paying maintenance charges, but in return, we are not receiving even basic issue resolution, which is extremely frustrating. At this point, it is evident that Arun Kumar is not capable of handling this role. We strongly request that he be replaced with a competent and responsible facility manager who can address issues promptly and maintain Zion Hills to the standards it promises.”

Worst worst property. Property name : J1, zion hills Food room service takes 2hour. Even flies are present see the attached image. Bed is like sleeping on stone. Very uncomfortable. Couldn't sleep entire night Sofa covers are dirty and got stains. Ac is not working No toiletries like basic brush n all Gulab jamun was very bad. Tv doesn't have any channels to subscribe No toothpaste or brush Breakfast is worst ( upma, water sambhar, bread ) Flying cockroaches and flies across room. You cannot sleep. Buggy doesn't come to pick up. They say all buggies are non functional. U have to walk minimum 2 kms for breakfast Overall worst place to stay. If u have money n u want to waste your money. Come and stay here.

Supritha Murali★★★★★We were here today at the restaurant to have lunch. At first we ordered Chicken ghee roast with garlic naan, hoping to order more after trying. By far the worst ghee roast I’ve ever eaten. There wasn’t one decent sized chicken piece, everything had fallen apart into bits as you can see in the picture (looked like leftovers tbh). The portion was tiny and it felt like it’s absolutely not worth the money. Regretted the visit and left.

Harsha K★★★★★Worst ever experience in till date. Zero Co-ordination in their teams, Zero Ownership to Problems mentioned. Their restaurant was full of flies. Very unhygienic buffet with very limited options to eat, but they charged a bomb. They are definitely not ready to host any guests. No activities , no pool. We were 9 people and we got only 8 beds though we paid for extra bed we never got the extra bed, when we called to ask the answer we got was all staff have gone so nothing can be done.

Anwar Rizvi★★★★★Zion Hills Golf County is a little away from Kolar/KGF and about 75 Kms from Bangalore City. It has an 18 hole golf course and hosts some national level golf championships. The Golf course is nice and well maintained. The place also has independent houses built around the golf course. Some of them can be rented for weekend stays. The Clubhouse within the county also has a restaurant. We had buffet breakfast at the clubhouse restaurant. The fare was very disappointing and exorbitantly overpriced. For a buffet the number of dishes were very few and hence very limited options. Nothing to write home about on any of the buffet dishes. The coffee was good. The billing and the payment options were shocking. The card machine was "claimed" to be non-functional and no card payments were accented. In spite of repeated requests, the bill for breakfast for the five of us was not given. We didn't want to create a scene and left without the bills. It is anybody's guess as to what could be the reason behind this. However, the restaurant setting was very good overlooking the golf course and a man-made lake. We used a table under the skies and enjoyed the view and the nice cool breeze. This to some

One of the worst experience I ever had with any of the hotel. With kids and family staying outside and we were waiting for the room. They didn’t even offer any place to sit temporarily.
