Horrible experience. No food available for timings mentioned. They make very very less food and request are not taken care of. Lot of smoking and nothing done when complained. Rules broken easily. The manager pesters for referrals a lot. Irregular timings for cleaning.

The infrastructure doesn't live up to the hype and marketing. The groundfloor is dingy and dark, and it attracts mosquitos. The dining area is so shady, that everyone basically eats in their room which again attracts cockroaches.

Well the building has working wifi and that is about it. Half of the CCTVs do not work, the infrastructure is in shambles and the elevator gets stuck once every other day. Zolo is clearly flouting minimum amenities standard laws in here and I expect nothing else from a company that puts up polished pictures on their website to scam folks in . Review 2: Zolo has raised the rents and you have to pay the common area electricity charges which are like more than 1000% of your actual electricity consumed (not kidding it’s actually more than that, you’ll end up paying electricity bill more than 1200 every month). Exit process is expensive it’s like they punish you for exiting their property. You’ll end up losing thousands if you stay here for extended period. Don’t even wander near zolo or you’d find your money disappearing these money grabbers are just that influential.

These guys are very misers who wont give proper food, accomodation.They will be very eager to start accomodate you here, but once you are herr for 1 or 2 months you will see their real faces.Worst among the worst pg I have ever stayed. Lift is not working for 28 days and is not yet fixed, food os very bad here. Its like showing the sister and marrying another girl..please dont come here

I would rate it as minus, the maintenance is worst here.. we are facing water problems every day and the staffs here don't care about these issues, the food is the worst of all, we are finding insects and cockroaches every day, people are falling sick by eating the food. I won't suggest anyone for this PG.

The worst maintained Zolo in Bangalore. The caretaker and his team are irresponsible and neglecliant in carrying out task and maintaining. Drinking water is not filled on time, rooms are not cleaned for days, and motor is not switched on time. If you raise a ticket, caretaker will sit on it for days doing anything. There is no accountability among the service crew. Never ever opt for this.

Pathetic PG with no service. Recently they removed food also and increased rent. They will not listen to your issue. They say they are working on it but they don't. There are many such issues with this PG. Beware if you want to finalize this PG. As of today I bet they may hear your issues but won't listen.

From my point this is the most unmanaged Zolo in Bangalore. The main problem here is Lift is most of the time not working. In a month lift gives problem 3 4 times. Rest is just fine...neither too good nor too bad....It is the cheapest PG you can find around Sarjapur. Edit: Now they increased the rent too...for 2 seater from 7500 to 9000 and 3 seater 6000 to 7500....it is too much for such unmanaged pg....now i don't recommend this to anyone. PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS PG....EVEN FOR VISIT...YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME

Worst maintenance ever everyday we are facing water problem here and room cleaning they are doing for every 4 days and representative of zolo century Mr. Umesh he was not behaving properly and the gym they are providing they didn't do it for service the machines in gym are came to service we informed this problem month starting when they taken for maintenance and 3 days back we got one cockroach in Chapathi when we spoke to Chief chef he was saying by mistakenly it was came as i mentioned i had uploaded proofs for that.
