Hi, this is a genuine review. I did not visit hotel which was booked for 5th oct and I informed mmt and hotel in advance and my trip was postponed for 28th December. I have email as well from mmt. But hotel is refusing to provide stay and also refund . Today the way owner spoke on call , it looks like they can harm my family if I go there. Request mmt and hotel to refund my money. I have provided my mother hospital report aswell as a reason for not visiting hotel .

Pros: close to many sight seeing places. However, Anjanadri betta is still little far away from this place. Mr. Prashanth(owner) is very polite and very humble person. He is there to address all the issues during our stay. Cons: rooms are small, need to improve the cleanliness of rooms.

50 mtr from main Road On junction of famoys Temple of Village. Rooms Washrooms were Clean, Hygine, Bed was clean. Free 20 Ltr RO Water 1 Toilet Bathroom with Gyser. Pvt Terrace of Homestay Restarunats and Tea stall near by. Owner family support was very good. Guided for Auto at Reasonable Rate Rs 1800/day as some place Car not move till end and Car needs to Park lillte far. My missed valuable was returned in courrier by owner. :-)

He has good knowledge about places and area of Hampi, he can help you with iternary to be covered in Hampi based on timings. I spent a delightful 6 nights with Prashanth and his family, creating lasting memories. Pros - The rooms were tiny but neat and clean bathroom. Owner is very humble and kind. He helped us immediately in the middle of road when our rented scooty ran out of fuel. Provided towel, soap, mosquito repellent. Geyser was available in the bathroom. Drinking water was also available in the property. It was a good deal for the price we got. Cons - Rooms were pretty small. No doors for cupboards. 1st floor rooms didn't have curtain to the windows. Not worth the stay if it's more than 1500₹

The owner Prashant is very friendly and does everything possible to make the stay comfortable which delighted us. The place is perfect if you have your own vehicle and is pretty close to Hampi and walkable from one of the monuments. Or For first time visitors to go with the recommended Auto guy Mahesh, he's very humble, speaks only when needed and guides to places you'd otherwise miss. Need to book at least 10-15 days before you plan on traveling here during peak season

so it's Lohit, I'll say Love it, just before HAMPI, LHS, ie Lohit Homestay is rightly on the left hand side, look carefully u may get confused as there is Rohit home stay too before Lohit. A budget friendly stay if u prefer, this is the right one. All clean, spic n span, family or couple or solo, u can opt for this place, moreover the owner himself goes on inquiring about ur stay. I would say whatever u save here can be spent on auto to explore Hampi. The auto i hired was One Mahesh, very polite, well mannered guy was suggested by Prashant, the owner of LHS. So to sum up again I would say, not just Lohit.. Love it.
