PVR Heritage House PG for Ladies near Global Village tech park

I stayed at this PG for a couple months and found the experience challenging. There was a significant language barrier, and communication was difficult as the new owners spoke Telugu and were dismissive of non-Telugu speakers. The kitchen had cleanliness issues, including the presence of pests, which unfortunately remained unresolved despite our requests. It’s important to note that the PG environment would be more comfortable for native Telugu speakers. For those who don’t speak the language, I advise against it for the sake of your own peace.

Pros: 1. Spacious rooms and washrooms 2. Taste of food is OK (good sometimes and inedible sometimes) Cons: 1. Kitchen and food are unhygienic. dustbin is kept near food causing flies and mosquitoes near food. 2. Hot water doesn't work, they don't get it repaired. Hasn't been working for more than 5 months. Immersible water heaters are shared among residents. Sometimes needs long wait times to get hold of the heater. 3. Though lift exists, won't turn it on to save electricity costs. 4. No immediate service to fix something if stops working. (Ex: tap, leakage, lights, door etc.) 5. Owners are not responsive to problems, won't lift our calls and can't go to them directly as they are rarely available at PG premises.
