Don’t go for this pg. staffs are freaks and pathetic.don’t expect any refunds if you already gave any deposit. Few people lost their valuable things like laptops and mobile phones. Think twice before joining better to not join

Pathetic PG, security cameras are not working. Anyone can come to your room and can steal your belongings, they will not even listen to your problems. Bikes in parking area not safe. The owner of that pg is young boy who does not know how operations work. Poor maintainance of garbage. The rats roam around in the gallery and damage shoes in the rack.

not recommended, the front office staffs and the boys are having easy access to any girl’s rooms. When I went to see the accommodation for my daughter, they said men are not allowed but all the front office and cleaning boys are freely moving to any one’s rooms area and they are very uncivilised behaviour.

I have lived with Urban Living for nearly 2 years. At the beginning only, I discussed about notice period and the owner said if there is some emergency situation then I’ll just have to serve one month of notice period. Recently, my work location shifted and I have to shift to a new place as soon as possible. I gave my one month notice. Post that I have been informed my security will be refunded as soon as necessary cuts like electricity bills and gas bills are fulfilled. It’s been 2 months since I left the place and have been trying to reach out to these people but the manager and owner both are not taking calls. I would not recommend this place to anyone as they take advantage of people’s situation and say no to security refunds later. I have been told that I can do whatever but the security will not be refunded. Highly disappointed…

The stay is fine but if you ever decide to leave the PG, experience of getting the deposit back is HORRIBLE and they won’t pay you back most of it. They have no respect for your hard earned money. They’ll trouble you for the refund of the deposit when you leave. And even after multiple calls, they’ll refund less than 50% of the deposit. The owner will refuse to talk to you on phone and impose a condition that he will only talk to you in person. So by any chance if you’re planning to leave the city, you won’t get your deposit back or you’ll receive a very very low amount. When you ask for proof, they’ll cite reasons that “we don’t have data from X number of months ago” even if you’ve called them multiple times over the past months. (They’ll even ignore calls from you AND your parents after a while.)

I had a worst experience with Urban Living, considering I joined the PG a few days back, and I had to vacate the PG immediately due to unseen circumstances, the owners refused to pay my deposit back even after multiple requests. They made me wait till the owners come to PG for almost days just to talk to them, and they were least bothered to understand my concerns or issues.

This is the worst PG and nobody should stay here, the owner and the manager here are very rude and they don't even talk respectfully. Every 2nd day there lift won't work and the food is also very spicy and not at all good, also main point is that they will take security deposit but at the time of leaving the PG they will deduct lot of money irrationally and will return very less amount . Overall this is the worst PG and the staff is very rude and they have no respect for anyone not even for elders nor girls.

The staff in Urban Living is very rude in behavior. After getting security deposit, they will deduct the amount according to their wish and refunds back very little amount only. Breakfast and lunch will be provided very late, so for employees going early to office cannot avail lunch n breakfast even though you paid the full rent. Cleaning staff is not accurate. Water availability is blocked almost every day. No water, no good food. Overall it's not a good pg for living.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hostel, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. Where do I even begin? Let's start with the cleanliness—or lack thereof. The place was filthy, with dirty bed linen, grimy bathrooms, and a pervasive odour that made me gag every time I walked through the door. But wait, it gets worse. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. It felt like they couldn't care less about the guests or their concerns. I had to queue for ages just to get some basic information, and when I finally did, it was met with indifference and apathy. The facilities were a joke. The showers were either scalding hot or freezing cold, with no in-between. The Wi-Fi was practically non-existent, despite their claims of high-speed internet. And don't even get me started on the beds. They were like sleeping on lumpy rocks covered in plastic. To top it all off, the noise levels were unbearable. There seemed to be no consideration for quiet hours, with loud music and partying going on well into the early hours of the morning. It was impossible to get any rest, let alone sleep. In short, if you value your sanity and hygiene, steer clear of this hostel at all costs

Worst Staff and even worse Owner, very Rude that too with elderly people, God help this owner and PG. DON'T COME HERE AT ALL!!!! With the count that you mention 430 boys, 150 girls etc, etc, just by the way you replied to my review shows what special kind of misbehaviour and blunt rudeness you have inculcated within yourself. So Thank you for hence proving my point with an actual response, feeling sad for the people who actually have to tolerate you on a daily basis.
