I stayed at this hotel for 3 days, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in, and throughout our stay, housekeeping standards were extremely poor. The bathroom was unhygienic, bedsheets did not feel fresh, and overall maintenance was lacking. What made it worse was the presence of cockroaches in the room. Seeing cockroaches moving around, especially at night, was very uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel. It made the stay stressful instead of relaxing. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently situated and easily accessible, which was helpful for commuting. However, good location alone cannot compensate for poor hygiene and pest issues. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness and maintenance.

My experience at this hotel was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, the bathroom had a bad smell, and basic amenities like towels and toiletries were missing. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in solving any issues. The photos online were completely misleading — the actual condition of the hotel was far worse.||To make matters worse, the food was of poor quality, and the noise from nearby rooms made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

Pros Centrally located just opposite to City centre mall. Cons. Pathetic rooms. Need lot of ameliorations. Dont be surprised for uncountable cockroaches. Although price was been charged too high, rs. 3100 for ac room. Customers feels cheated. Since there was scarcity of rooms, we were compelled to the same.

I wouldn't recommend this in the present state. If the owners are reading this, please take care of these. There were no water bottles in the room, and I had to get the bottles from outside. The rooms were clean, but there were cockroaches. I was staying in room 310, and I felt a tingling electric shock when I touched the windows. On the next day, there was water on the floor and I didn't know where it came from. The only pro is the proximity to the railway station and shops outside. wouldn't recommend the place.

I would give it 0 star as rating. This hotel is a vacation-ruiner. There are cockroaches under the matresses of every bed. We changed 3 rooms and there were cockroaches on bed in all the rooms. They failed to provide any hygenic room to us. No tea or coffee packets provided, no hot water kettle, no water bottles. They arent even providing the bare minimum. This is worse than some 1 star lodge. I had to leave the hotel late night with my family after this horrible experience.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been in (can't believe it's a 3 star rated hotel) 1. Rooms are old and not maintained. Bugs and cockroaches crawled everywhere. Clealiness and hygiene big issue here. 2. There's no complementary breakfast nor even a bottle of water was provided free. 3. No room service. In my 3 nights stay here, the sheet was not changed once nor was the towel. The room was not swept once nor the dustbins cleared. 4. And it's really costly too.

The staff is good but beyond that there is nothing else to stay in the hotel. We took a suite room and the room was worse than even a double room in a local lodge. The room is not at all maintained and the bathroom fittings and the drains are all clogged and rusted. There is not even a bottle of water in the room and the biggest disadvantage there is no restaurant in the hotel but ample restaurant around which is a blessing

This hotel is a disgrace . Stay 23rd Feb 23. We paid at reception for 4 pts AC room only. The room was on first glance sparce but appeared clean. On further inspection we noticed that the window wouldn't shut and the noise from the road outside was horrendous The linings of curtains were torn in large rips. The duvet covers wereall ripped in the corners. The AC worked but could not be controlled and blew cold air right across beds. So had to be turned off.The bathroom light flicked on and off, the taps were continually dripping and wouldn't turn off. Toilet seat was hanging off and there was no toilet paper. Bathroom floor was extremely slippery when wet. We asked for a bath mat and were told there were none available. We then asked for a change of room but was refused. We then decided to check out and they would not refund the money although we said we would pay the price for 1 night and we had paid in cash. We were refused as they said it was booked through booking .Com. We didn't take any photos (but wished we had) as we were very upset and very tired after a long journey, and just wanted to get settled for the night We would never recommend any person to even consider stayin
