I have mentioned good and bad both. Good things are 1.hot water is available 24x7 and washrooms are stylish ans spacious. 2. The location is very safe and very urban, you will get all kinds of shops, restaurant and near to office area. 3. The PG started in December 2023. so it is still very new. Issues are - Zero maintenance. They don't even clean the rooms or toilet. Very dirty. 1 month old PG looks like 2 years old. Food is typical Andhra style , spicy and oily not healthy. 70 percent of time you will not get wifi as they use local connection. They will chase you to delete your review from google if you post honest review and give less than 5 star. I had to delete my own review twice. That's why you see only 5 star reviews. Overall this PG is not for working women, most of them are students and some old aunties also stayed there.

It is good pg, my sister is staying here only. They will probide Homely food. Always hospitable, help us with everything Especially pg owners are very friendly and they are treat like family members. very tasty breakfasts here. The pg is well located in a quiet, peaceful area, yet close to the city's main attractions.
