“I stayed there 6 months back. Not yet received my deposit. Instead they asking me to pay 18k.Worst pg. They promised 15k for rent and only the electricity bill is extra. but got invoice for 29k this month. lots of extra charges. Please check tweets and Instagram comments. This people are scammers. You can only request exit ticket when you pay your all dues. They won’t clear your invoice issue. No customer service . Service tickets will be closed without resolving. You will be stuck in a financial loop. Then finally you mentally forced to exit without rising a service ticket. Then they will send you a legal notice in mail. To pay them extra 15k as separation charge and due. So for your safety collect your proofs . ( 1. Rental agreement, 2.monthly invoice screenshot from app (mail is wrong) 3. Screenshot of service tickets ( notification screenshot helps because we can’t open once the ticket is closed) 4. Call / email record. 4. Sales person chat screenshot( ensure his contact number instead of name , ask rent in total , is food included, is any other bill added other than gst ?, is there any rise of rent after 3 or 6 months ? Instead of wasting your money on other decorations things please focus on food and other things. Find find the attached photos of wasting money in property rather than giving good food. In my home dogs are eating better than this food.”

The property is poorly maintained — common areas were dirty, plumbing issues were frequent, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable. Despite multiple complaints, the management was unresponsive.The photos online were misleading, and the actual living conditions were subpar. For the price they charge, no relation between provided service and amenities. Billing issues nobody takes care. Don’t fall into the trap of Sales managers, u will loose them to galaxy once u check in to the property. Service portal app is just for presentation.”

I booked the room for next month and as per their rules it is that if you want to cancel after booking then you will get refund if you cancel within 30 days of booking date/booking amount paid date. And just after a week or 10 days I called the sales person of colive for cancellation who deal with me he is saying now no they won’t refund. In short it is like black mailing that if you cancel then we won’t refund your amount that too without taking any service or without staying in there property. Don’t ever go to co live guys even I got trapped on trusting their co live sales person. When I saw same kind of reviews and I asked Colive why you are having bad reviews. They said their competitor’s do comment and give bad reviews which is not at all true. Instead Colive are fooling us and doing fraud and not returning customers money.

Here's what happened - *Advance Payment Scam*: I paid an advance for a room that wasn't available on the promised date. When I refused an alternative room far from my preferred location, they refused to refund my advance.Their customer service team is unresponsive and unhelpful. They'll bombard you with calls to book a room, but once you've paid, they'll ignore your calls and messages.Colive has unfair refund policies that aren't clearly communicated. They'll deduct arbitrary amounts from your deposit for electricity bills or "separation charges" without explanation. .Avoid Colive at all costs! Their business practices are questionable, and they seem more interested in making money than providing good service. I paid all their bills on time..I hadly stay for two months and they promised me the advance will the refunded back . Secondly no proper hygienic food ..coacroches roam all around the food and no proper drinking water available. Plus there is no water supply. Everytime shortage of water is there . And noone ll listen to you. Only they ll threat you and harass you.

ravina shintre★★★★★I had an extremely poor experience with Colive. Before booking, they were very prompt in their responses, but once I made the reservation, they stopped communicating properly. Upon arrival, the room looked nothing like the pictures; it had a foul smell, a dead pigeon on the balcony, and was overall filthy. I was horrified by the condition and requested a room change, which I eventually got after 2-3 hrs of search in nearby Colive PGs. I vacated after two months, giving proper notice, but did not receive my deposit back. Despite my daily calls over the past four months, I’ve had no resolution. Initially, instead of giving me deposit, they told me to pay a certain amount due to some technical error, but after repeated follow-ups, they sent a bill indicating only 6,000 would be refunded—much less than what I deposited and what we had discussed. They even issued a cheque that bounced due to insufficient funds. I’m still trying to reach them, but I get no positive response. It’s been a month now, and despite repeated attempts to follow up, there’s been no refund or resolution. The level of unprofessionalism is shocking. Don’t trust them with your money or time! If this isn’t resolved soon, legal action will be the next step.

A place where everone is busy in their work and no one cares what you think or do. I booked a Room but they cancelled it and alloted different room to me. Sales manager don't pick my calls anymore. He left colive after few days. I tried internal transfer they said they will charge more. i asked for room change the manager didnt care. I asked to correct invoice and payments made they didnt take any action and close the ticket. While booking a room they said this is zero deposit offer. And i took it. After 15 days i decided to checkout and raised notice period 45 days before as metioned in the agreement. I am leaving end of this month and now they are asking for deposit. Customer care wont care even to listen what i have to say. They just say you will not get anything back. if you will not pay we will take legal actions. if you rent a room for 15K how come your dues become 66K in 2 months. I am sorry to trust but i feel like stuck and wish i have never opted for this organized scheme for getting robbed. i dont e

Hidden charges were frequently added to the monthly bills, and when questioned, they would give false justifications. We even visited their main office in Marathahalli to resolve these issues and request our deposit refund after we vacate, but the experience was even worse. They do everything possible to withhold the deposit and often return only a partial amount. The way they operate is appalling—they use intimidating tactics, including involving local tough guys who threaten, shout, and behave aggressively. Every time we visited their office, we saw others complaining about similar issues. Beware of their false promises and unethical practices. The 5-star reviews are solicited rather than genuine. I strongly advise against choosing their services

They are unprofessional, no one will reply to your calls or act on issues, miraculously close the service tickets without solution, lie to you repeatedly, the ghost you. Food is terrible 🤢 They charges you electricity whatever they feel like, they can also claim they didn't receive your deposit or go to any extent to deny deposit or do thier job. Positive reviews are made by their employees ,check their review on their corporate office or LinkedIn. ✌️ There services claims are just plain lies, You have been warned 🙂👍🏻

Soumyodipto Roy★★★★★Pathetic Colive. Stinky entrance due to dustbins of food waste from all CoLive’s food in Bellandur which is cooked in this property. The result is superly inflated electricity bill of Rs 2000 or more for a single room. Pathetic hygiene conditions. No power backup and water 50% of the times of my stay of 16 months. Very unprofessional staff especially Ravi Varma from Collections who will threat you. Stop going to this Colive and search for other accommodations unless you want complete mess in your life. I would have given zero star but Google isn’t permitting.
