“Honest Review – Please Read Before Choosing This PG I had a very disappointing experience with this PG. The owner has two buildings – one new building that looks good. By seeing that only, I agreed to join. He told me that one person would vacate next month and until then I could temporarily stay in another room located in his own house (1st floor converted into a PG). When I asked the existing person about his vacating date, he clearly said “No bro, I’m not vacating”. At that moment itself I knew something was not right. The owner then changed the story and said he would give me the room in 15–20 days. I checked with other boys, and no one was planning to vacate. So, the owner’s statement was completely false. I stayed only one night, and the next evening I informed the owner that I would leave and that I would come back only when the new building actually has a vacancy. Until then I planned to stay in a dormitory. I had paid ₹2,000 as an initial deposit (he originally asked for ₹10,000). When I asked for the refund, they refused. His daughter even told me, “If you stay in a hotel, it costs ₹1,000 per night.” I replied that this room is definitely not worth ₹1,000 per night—it”

“Bad experience had at this pg . Don’t go anyone Der . Before going Der ask me ,I ll tell the main reason. Coz he charged me 950 rupees for 3 days bike parking at his pg . I requested him to reduce the money but he said my wish and now my turn to say my wish for feedback”
