Pros: Budget Friendly Friendly Owner Lots of shops nearby. Cons: After 12 Am no lift Less space in the room Average Food My Concern: I have been staying in 4th Floor for the past two months with two roommates. Unfortunately, the living conditions have been quite difficult. One of my roommates keeps his phone volume extremely loud at all times, without considering whether others are sleeping or working. He also groans throughout the night, which has made it very hard for me to get proper rest—both at night and during the day. Although I initially thought I could manage for just 15 more days and adjust, the situation has become too uncomfortable. However, due to the continuous disturbance, I find it difficult to continue staying here any longer. I truly appreciate the owner—he is a kind and helpful person and even offered me a room on the 1st floor. Note: Room no. 403

Overall service is good. The owner also have a good behavior, very polite. However, I would like to highlight a few points which I felt are red flags. During night power cuts they do not switch on the generator. Food is ok ok. WIFI doesn't work properly. Very small cupboard spacing.

Friendly owner, PG and Food is very good, cleaning maintenance is very good. Even all the shops are near by only (juice, tea shop , fruits etc.).Only negative point I observed is in the hall and common arey there is no light connection. Thanks

A new mens pg maintained by Telugu guy ....Had facilities like lift,TV, wifi,gym,sponge beds,washing machine, geyser's etc....Which is a bit far from kundhanahalli junction which can be a drawback... Of course many hostels tooo...Many shops are available near to it ,so one need not to worry about daily shopping..
