We booked this place after checking all reviews but it was a great disappointment. The place is not ready for families yet. The kitchen is shabby ...only 3-4 items available. If we are requesting for some dish, the cook is preparing with much hesitation. About the room...we had booked the glass room on 1st floor with 2 double beds. The moment you enter the room...it smells like public toilets. The flush is defective...you hv to wait inside for flushing 3-4 times until it is cleared off. The handshower is defective and does not work properly. The owner Mr. Harish is not cooeperative and I mustvsay he misguided us. He should have informed us that the property is perfect for bachelors who wants to booz and enjoy. Its NOT MEANT FOR FAMILIES!! We checked in on 30th May 2025 and could not sleep whole night because a bunch of rowdies were playing loud music and were hooting. We are still at the property when I am posting this review. It is first time in our life that we are waiting to check out. Our much awaited vacation is spoilt. ADVISORY FOR FAMILIES- PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK....because they will take full amount the moment you check in.So you are left with no choice other than to

Last week we were in this resort with the family, hospitality of the team and manager and food is really good. BUT BUT BE AWARE WHILE YOU PLAN TO TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO THIS PLACE! THIS RESORT HAS THEIR REGULAR MONTHLY GUESTS (8-10 PEOPLE GROUP)!!! THEY DO ALL NONSENSE - DRINK WHOLE DAY NEAR POOL AREA, NANGA NAACH, OVERNIGHT AND DAY LOUD MUSIC. THERE IS NO ONE TO CONTROL THEM AS FAMILY WE COULD NOT STEP OUT OF OUR ROOMS BECAUSE OF THIS NONSENSE. DEAR OWNER OF THE RESORT!!! - IF YOU ARE GIVING BOOKING TO UTTERLY NON SENSES PEOPLE, AT LEAST DON'T ALLOW BOOKING TO FAMILIES DURING THIS TIME.... DON'T BE GREEDY OF MONEY AND DON'T WASTE OUR FAMILY PEACE, TIME AND MONEY.

I recently stayed at this resort in Chikmagalur. Nobody in the reception to receive While the rooms were very good and definitely value for money One big plus was the direct car access to each room, which made it super convenient for families and groups traveling with luggage. It has table tennis archery and carrom to play they will provide cricket bat and shuttle to play there were a few things that left me disappointed The resort doesn’t offer a campfire, which is usually a basic experience in a hill station like this — quite a letdown. Also, they charge ₹3000 per person for all meals, but the food didn’t justify the price. Except breakfast was very good with too many options Only one non-veg item per meal was provided in lunch and dinner , which felt quite limited considering the cost. The stay was comfortable, and the property has potential, but the lack of campfire and overpriced, limited food options made it feel like poor value overall. Make sure to clarify what’s included before booking.

Had such a great time ! The place is super clean, beautiful, and really relaxing. The staff were all super friendly and helpful ( special thanks to Chandan)they made us feel welcome from the start. The room was comfy and had everything we needed, plus the view was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time by the pool and loved the food at the restaurant, everything was fresh and tasty. Overall, it was such a chill and enjoyable stay. Perfect spot to just unwind and recharge. Definitely coming back next time! 🌞🏖️
