The worst pg in mangalore, the warden and the staffs are very rude in behavior they act like we are the servants of their pg. Fud is very bad and the pg full of rats and cats. There is no hygiene they didn't clean the rooms daily and washroom also very bad. At the time of vacating the pg i ask my deposit money but they respond rudly and they didn't give it's not my only opinion the most of the pgmates have this opinion. Recently had the misfortune of staying at this PG, and it was an utterly dreadful experience. The warden constantly subjected us to mental torture, making it impossible to feel at ease. The owner is incredibly greedy and refused to return our deposit, despite it being clearly stated in the contract. After informing her about vacating, she created unnecessary drama and resorted to blatant lies to avoid giving our money back, eventually blocking me when I followed up. The premises were infested with snakes and rats, which was extremely alarming and dangerous. The quality of food was consistently bad, and the PG was poorly maintained and hardly ever cleaned properly. Both the owner and the warden were extremely rude, adding to the already stressful living conditions. It's clear that this PG is scamming students, luring them in with false promises and then exploiting them. Overall, I strongly advise against staying at this PG due to the mental stress, safety issues, and unprofessional conduct of the staff. Save yourself the trouble and look for better options.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this PG. The owner, warden, and even the cleaning staff have written fake positive reviews about the place, so do not trust them. Despite promises, the owner is very greedy and will not return your deposit. The food provided is very bad, and they don't allow residents to even make hot water for themselves. Despite claiming daily cleaning, the place is often dirty. During the summer, the heat is unbearable due to frequent power cuts, and they refuse to turn on the generator during the day. The warden is constantly scolding and creates a lot of mental pressure. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

The experience I had here was very disappointing and the warden was the reason that I had to give up on this place, the warden is totally a nightmare. Despite promises of enhanced security and superior, the reality falls short. They wil dump you in a mental trauma. I truely recommended not to choose this pg. The owner won't take any action if you report any issue and they are just greedy for the money.

These people only claim that they provide good food, they don't provide proper food , proper water facilities. They also don't provide hot water everyday they only use these lines for advertising they don't allow us to use hot water everyday even non veg is provide only once in a week and they r so reluctant that they ignore where we go and come. And also they argue if we ask our deposit back . They are biggest scammers in Mangalore. Don't approach them they only give u sweet lines but don't put it in to reality.

Warden is so cheap and they don't give back your advance....save yourself and your money .....you say about contract but what about when from everyone warden collected 5000rs as deposit and from me she took 10000rs....and how will we know when corona will increase....do you really expect us to stay there and get corona and die and then you will think about returning the deposit back.....that is too unfair.....please don't scam students and working people in tha name of contract.....I really have no complaint towards anyother people but warden should know how to respectfully speak to parents when they come asking for deposit back....she spoke disrespectfully with my parents so don't expect for their child to speak with respect towards her...
