I am writing this review while my stay is going on so that it reaches the owner directly (i reached out to the staffs multiple times but got very weird responses). There is a group of bachelors who are drinking & singing on top of their voice, near the bon fire area since 7.30pm and currently its 11.15pm. P.S. this went on till 1.30am in the midnight. These guys are drinking alcohol openly near the bon fire against which the manager (Bunty) isn't taking any action but looks like he is the one who allowed them to party there due to the sector's "hospitality" nature (his words on call). Now, are the guests expected to suffer till late night? Are hotels allowed to let guests drink openly and party beyond 10pm? Dont they have the right to stop these activities? Or is it being allowed because they are also being paid to bear such nuisances? I am here with my family incl senior citizens and really dont know what should I do? Just pray to god that night passes by safely? The view from resort is superb but is that sufficient enough?

The property looks fine at first glance, but families might find it uncomfortable, especially at night. There’s a constant buzz from groups of bachelors, and the late-night noise can be quite disturbing. We tried bringing it to the staff’s attention, but nothing really changed—they just seemed indifferent. While the room service was okay, the pool area and other common spaces weren’t clean or inviting. Overall, it didn’t feel like a family-friendly stay.

Very arrogant treatment towards the guests We visited during week day Inspite being empty they refuse to provide proper services We need to keep requesting for the hot water They have activity’s such has painting we requested for an additional Canva for which we also mentioned saying we are ready to pay But still they directly say no on our face There is a game called housie housie even though there were no guest they refuse to give it to us to use it And directly tell “NO” which is very arrogant They do not know how to respect guests They treat us like we are hear for free which is very cheap Will surely not recommend this resort to anyone from Bangalore to come so far to take this kind of cheap service Food also is not so great even though we ask a them reason for it they again reply rudely saying we can not do anything about it It comes like this and these are our rules For baby food also they deny to provide food what the baby requires and say that there is only one item for baby food available Even customisation of food was requested they again directly deny No words towards this They provide the cheapest services during the week days never visit them during these times They t

Avoid visiting this resort. The food was very poor, and the staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite booking and paying in advance for three rooms, we were given only one room. This was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this resort for families or friends.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. The atmosphere is more suited to groups of bachelors, who often stay up late making a lot of noise, which can feel unsettling for those with children. Unfortunately, even after informing the staff, there’s little to no response or action taken. The room service is decent, but the cleanliness of the swimming pool and other facilities leaves much to be desired.

My experience was very bad. I had gone in the month of November. There were no proper lights in the room, the curtains were covering very cut to cut. The rooms were not noise proof, the first night we were not able to sleep properly because there was someone shouting and crying, I had to call the reception and tell them. My room was next to the kitchen and there were fumes coming in my bathroom. Only thing which I liked was the person at the restaurant - Shashi who served us well and was kind. Considering the price we paid, I would not suggest this place to anyone. Also the property is good to take a walk around, seeing the Mulyangiri peak was a beautiful view from the hotel.

If you’re traveling with family, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Many bachelors stay here and often make a lot of noise late at night, which can make families feel unsafe. Even if you inform the staff, they don’t seem to care. Room service is average, and the swimming pool and other amenities are not well maintained. But only Shashi listen our concerns and tried to give good service.

Earlier reviews showed issue with hot water, rude staff, sound proof less room and unclean bed sheets and bed rolls. We also experienced the above issues. We stayed in this resort for two nights. First night our stay was in a Queen supreme room. Nothing to do with supreme. No hot water in the morning to bathe and had to do it in cold water in chilly time due to Chikmagalur weather. Entire night people outside room kept on talking and room was not a sound proof one and was a sleepless. Second night we stayed in a so called premium tent. The entire night other guests for talking and were enjoying their time with loud music. Inspite of alerting to resort staff they lacked a will to resolve issue. There was no hot water in tent at morning and was told there is some technical issues and would give buckets of hot water instead. They lacked courtesy in delivering hotwater and asked us take inside tent. The so called premium tent had dirty bed sheets and rolls. Found hairs of previous guests. We chose and came to this resort for relaxation and enjoyment from a busy city life and didn't get either. There was no value of money for a costly amount paid. The resort staff called and talked t

The location may be good. But they are expertise in spoiling your trip. They show some pic with towel placed. And when u tell them they dint. They make a fuss. I let them check throughly giving up my privacy. And in the end they said we might have missed when we went out. These people were sick to the core. Thank you and regards.

1 star for the way they tend to earn money. Cheap way to earn money. On the check-in day we were late and In a conversation between driver and kitchen staff they have said if you eat what is excess in kitchen in the prepared meals. Then it's free. If you order from menu card it's paid. Our driver has ate the left out rice 1 cup and dhal. Apart from this he had a cup of tea next day morning. He himself washed the plate On our checkout bill they have added 150rs for the breakfast lunch and dinner. The real face of management come out when we raise a concern. They are very rude and site manager scolding us that we are making false claim and driver ate breakfast also. He is more bothered about us raising concern about the bill to management. Management person said we will get back and it's almost 5hrs they are yet to get back. Small property with commercial to the core mindset. Recently visited coffeberry hills chikmangalur. Decided to stay here by reviews. Pros: 1)only location and the view. Cons: 1)no AC in rooms. Extremely difficult to manage in this heat . 2) no power backup. Power went off multiple times during day and also in night. You have to stay without fan and in dark. 3) rooms walls are extremely thin. Next room people using washroom you can clearly hear (which no one wants to know)or any sound like TV , music can be clearly heard from your neighbour. 4) the infinity pool is extremely dirty and small. Desperately needs cleaning. 5) charging around 4.5k per day and not having basics like AC, power backup and poor room built quality is not acceptable. 6) breakfast - no buffet. Only 3 items is served at your table sevai upma , Puri sabji and one plate watermelon. 4.5 k is not justified. 7) too costly charging 4.5 k per day with no basic facilities and such services. Not worth it.

Very bad experience, No current backup, No AC. If light goes there many times and there were no one to assist u. It will turn into bhooth banglow. Room gets heat and fan is not sufficient. Pool is too dirty and they know how and what clean means. Better to avoid than spoiling your vacation
