“I would like to share my experience regarding this PG accommodation. Unfortunately, my stay here was not satisfactory. There were frequent electricity cuts, and sometimes the water supply was also unavailable, which created inconvenience for the residents. Additionally, the behavior of the owner was not cooperative. When tenants tried to explain their problems, they were often not understood or addressed properly. Another concern was the rent charges. The poster outside mentioned ₹350 per day, but I was charged ₹400 and was told that the poster was old, even though it appeared newly placed. Later, when I requested to make the payment on the 10th because my payment had not yet been credited, the owner did not consider the situation and instead stated that I would be charged ₹500 per day. The food quality was also not satisfactory, as the vegetables and meals were often poorly prepared. Moreover, there was a lot of noise coming from other rooms in the PG and from the road outside. Because of this constant noise, it was often difficult to sleep properly.
