“Honest review while we r still staying here. No proper parking , whenever security calls be it middle of the night we should go swap the car. Rooms have a urine stench and stink, very badly maintained. The drainage smell is all over the bathroom and the room, we got to vacate this at the earliest. Please do not make a mistake of staying here”

“Our stay at this hotel was good. There is only one staff who doesn't know the basic etiquette of handling a guest and doesn't have the sense of speaking to a lady guest. My suggestion to the owner is to review the staff behaviour here who are likely to bring down your hotels review I'm rating this hotel low only because of the staff rude response when asked about the missing kettle at the room. We were asked to review the hotel terms and conditions and he started arguing rudely . Otherwise the stay was good and the service of other hotel staffs were good , even the food I would suggest improving the bedding and towels. They look unchanged and used.”

Rhea Rachel Charles★★★★★Breakfast here is not complimentary even if you book a breakfast included stay with them. The room and experience was in general good but when it came to them giving us the complimentary breakfast which we had paid for in our room booking, they said that the value of it is capped at 125 rupees. This would have been fine if they had updated it on Booking.com from where I made my booking. This was quite off-putting and misleading. I would recommend to be careful of hotels like these which have secret charges like this which they do not inform you of, upfront.

Rahul Hi★★★★★I booked a hotel for a night, expecting a decent stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The WiFi barely worked, the room was filthy with cockroaches everywhere and no solution offered. They falsely promised breakfast, but there was none. The staff's communication was terrible, and it felt like they couldn’t care less about the guests. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.👎👎

Abrar Shaikh★★★★★Disappointing Experience - Poor Customer Service I stayed at this hotel recently, and while the property itself was decent, my experience was completely ruined by one of the staff members. They clearly lack basic customer service skills and have no idea how to speak to guests. I felt disrespected and unwelcome throughout my stay. Instead of addressing my concerns politely, they were rude, dismissive, and argumentative. Hospitality is all about making guests feel valued, but this individual’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I spoke to the owner of the hotel and even he was justifying his staffs behaviour. I won’t be staying here again, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they train their staff on how to interact courteously with customers.

Biswajit Kumar Das★★★★★Delux rooms were big and well decorated. Whole hotel was well lit and can easily ticks all your checkboxes. But Staffs were not courteous and helpful. Whole time they had a whatever attitude. You have to ask for toiletries which will be handed over to you in reception. You will be blamed for everything, e.g. You have not read booking clause, you are opening the door wrongly. I was told that I need to show two identity proofs as I had two rooms booked. I have not seen any clause like that but they blamed us for not reading the clause before booking. I had to show the booking document to convince them which even they read for first time. Meanwhile whole reception staff were trying to convince us stating "Normally we should ask everyone's identity proof with photo", "Local police superintendent ordered hotel folks to collect identity proof for each room". I have asked for valid circular and documents for such statements which they have failed to show us. One of the room with faulty lock door was given to us which was not getting open by RFID key and the whole time we were blamed that, we were not able to open it properly. Even their staffs were failing to do so and we were told that
