Headline: Good building, Good food, but avoid if you value respect and basic humanity. ​Rating: ⭐ (1/5) I stayed here from April to December. While the PG facilities are decent, the management—specifically the female manager—is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. ​I faced a temporary financial crisis and, although I had paid on time previously, I had to delay my rent for a few days. Despite my transparency and requests for a little time, the management's behavior was heartless. ​Key reasons I cannot recommend this place: ​Unlawful Eviction: I was forced to vacate the PG with only one hour's notice. In Bangalore, forcing a tenant out in an hour without a proper notice period is not only cruel but against standard rental norms. ​Lack of Integrity from Staff: Even though I was thrown out with 'empty pockets,' I returned later and cleared my entire debt to the last rupee. Despite my honesty, the female manager used derogatory language (vaaditho am pani, mosam chese vaallu) and spoke about me disrespectfully to her husband right in front of me. ​Double Standards: While the 'Uncle' is polite, the lady running the place is arrogant and lacks the basic decency required to run a service

I stayed at this PG for some time and would like to share an honest review. Initially, the management was quite welcoming and supportive, which created a positive first impression. However, over time, the overall experience became average. One concern is that reviews are often requested in front of the management, which may not always reflect the true experience of tenants. Additionally, interactions with the owner/management have at times felt unprofessional, and communication could be improved. While the PG has its positives, I believe there is room for improvement in maintaining consistent service quality and ensuring a more comfortable and respectful environment for tenants.

Good for interns but not good for full timers as the rooms are quite small. Tall people will find it difficult to sleep in small beds. Rate is affordable. And services are quite good. You get wifi, meals, room cleaning service, washing machine and refrigerators also.
