Be very careful before choosing Zolo Stays. Initially, they lock you into a long-term commitment (often up to 12 months), making it difficult to exit early. The overall stay quality is average, and the food quality is disappointing. The menu is repetitive, and there have been instances where the food hygiene was questionable. If you are not comfortable with predominantly South Indian meals, it may be even more difficult to manage. Customer service is another major concern. Support tickets often get closed without proper resolution, emails remain unanswered, and there is little to no escalation support from senior management. Students and working professionals planning accommodation should evaluate all options carefully before committing.

They bluff you by saying that they refund you the amount paid which they have taken in advance.we paid 41000rs in advance and because of health issues (for which we had even submitted proof)we had to quit within few days. I belive that zolo has gone completely crazy, making me angry upon myself that why did I preferred to stay in such a messed up place. It doesn't even have a proper management the entire year and the manager never showing up at the residency when we asked for her to showup and take some responsibilities that is part of her job. We were told that the contract is of 12 months. So if we joined in june last year then the 11th & 12th month are supposed to be april and may, not may and june. It's better that the zolo stay on It's word rather than changing it after every 20 days. This pg is such a mess in itself , making us feel that it is greedy for money. When we ask for better food they don't listen, when we ask to solve electricity problem they don't listen and now they have also lost the counting in the calender.

The PG advertises “4-tier security,” but in reality, the system is highly unreliable and concerning—especially for a girls’ accommodation where safety should be the top priority. The fingerprint access doors frequently do not work, and to make matters worse, they are often left open. This completely defeats the purpose of having a secured entry system. Anyone can easily walk in without being noticed, which creates a serious safety risk for residents. There seems to be little to no active monitoring or accountability when these systems fail. A place that promises strong security should ensure that all mechanisms are functional at all times, not just on paper. Overall, the PG fails to deliver on its basic commitment to safety. Immediate improvements in security management and maintenance are necessary to ensure residents feel safe and protected. The proof is attached in photos section
