AC doesn't work I just wanted to highlight so that next time they will be careful However the management started justifying 1. We have kept the kettle open 2. It's forest area 3. Whether they are farming cockroaches inside kettle All sort of people visit the temple Dharamasthala.. It's life risk if hygiene is at risk.. Pls do check everything before use of you are visiting this place

Ramesh Kumar★★★★★I had an unpleasant experience at Bougainvillea Residency. The staff were consistently rude and unprofessional, making what should have been a simple stay unnecessarily stressful. On top of that, I faced issues with billing—charges were unclear and not properly explained, and when I tried to get clarification, the staff were dismissive and uncooperative. It’s disappointing to deal with such poor customer service, especially when you’re paying for hospitality. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

I had a pathetic experience… I booked 2 rooms for my family and they charged 7500+ with 0 facilities and I never had such worst experience… My parents are 60+ and I asked them for lift they replied: we don’t have lift and you should have asked while booking itself … I hope there is no loading who charges 7500+ with no lift ( Wired) 1. No lift facility( Be careful while going with old parents) 2. No soap, toothpaste and brush, shampoo 3. No welcome drink 4. There is no nearby hotel for food. You will have to order from Zomato come down and claim back Finally the room and bathroom was clean Dental kit on request- 😂😂 I have never heard this before Overall 2/10👎🏻

On phone he agreed to give us with an extra payment of 600rs , which was fare enough . When we reached the residency, receptionist was drunk and talking to us in such a manner as if he is doing us a favor and giving us a room for free of cost ,where we ended up in paying 2500rs in total( including extra charges). And upon this he has the odacity to tell us that I can give u a deluxe room , with extra payment for early check in but you people have to vacant the room before 12 pm . There zero humanity in that person ,never ever we had come across such useless and nonsense receptionist. Totally money minded person . He is gonna loose in lakhs in future , if he takes money from others likes this .
